We got what we paid for...which was not a lot...stains on bedding n towels...had no where to wash dishes except for sink is n bathroom..which we did not do..guy at reception was nice tho

Poor experience and the staff were horribly rude to not only myself but other guests as well. Disgusting place to stay! Our room was blamed for over stayers who hired a conference room as well and kept all three rooms we had booked up at all hours of the night, staff are not aware as to who is staying or hiring the conference rooms from them. They over charged me and did not meet the same payment discussed and advised by expedia and did NOTHING to fix the error I was made to pay the arrears, absolutely disgusted.

Pros: Was very reasonably priced and served the purpose required.
Cons: Bathroom is run down and whole place could do with a general spruce up.
Served the purpose required for us. Little disappointing that the room was as small as it was and there were so few sky channels. Whole place is quite run down and could do with a decent spruce up.

Pros: NZ$85/night, the cheapest in the area. In the US they will give you limo with driver for this price :)
Cons: Money back upon cancelling days of stay with reasonable in advance notice. ACon, better heating. Iron + board. More power points. More shampoo
Location: Nothing good in the surroundings, the hotel sits next to a few blocks of car dealerships. On the other side there are few "plan C" takeaway food shops
One free power outlet for the entire room. Another one turned out to be just a see-through hole to the neighboring room. No air conditioner, lousy oil portable heater, would take a week to warm this ground floor room. 2 sticks of shampoo for 4 days of staying, not replenished ever. One iron + board for the entire hotel, have to travel to the reception next door utility room to iron whatever you need. No refund for reduced number of days staying, gave notice on the first out of planned 4 days, got response "our policy blah-blah-blah". Perhaps business is dragging.
