Nice Place with little extras

Pros: Clean, Modern, Nice facilities
Great experience other than being told room service would be 40 minutes so I took a bath, had to answer the door half naked 15 minutes later with a facemask on. By the time I finished my bath and got dressed my dinner was cold. Food was average at best and items mentioned on the dish in the menu missing. Check-out took longer than I would have expected.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The upscale style of the hotel was nice but it made it feel a little stuffy and not as friendly as the other stays in New Zealand.

Cons: The food, we had very little option for late night dining as we were working, also the buffet breakfast was very average.
Location: Excellent location, close to everything.
We came in for businesses, so we were very happy with the late check in, the service was great and the rooms were lovely and clean, the shower was full pressure and all was well presented. The only downside if any was that the minibar was not restocked and the food at the buffet breakfast was not great.

Ripped off

Location: Fine
Hotel great. Annoys me that on top of the hotel room price, on checkout you get hit for $45 to park a car and whatever for internet.

Great, friendly staff

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff with good local knowledge. Some room fixings needed a bit of attention but did not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Just a nice relaxing stay, facilities were class.

Pros: It was peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend.
Cons: Only downside is the wifi is a little pricey per day.
Location: Nice location, close to queens street and the waterside.
