Staff was excellent and extremely professional and courteous. Breakfast was a proper Alpine offering with Lattes etc to order. Rooms were spacious...beds were comfy and pillows were large...bathrooms had everything... including a nice shampoo AND conditioner. Everything you want when traveling abroad... would come back again and again"

"Hotel Immlauer Brau is a great place to stay while visiting Salzburg. It is within walking distance to Old Town. Mass transit is also very close to the hotel if you prefer to use that to get to Old Town. The train station is within walking distance of this hotel as well. The staff here were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to get to places. They were very helpful when a situation occurred with our reservation, they were so kind to resolve the issue so it was more comfortable for us. The rooms were quite a bit larger than normal European hotel rooms which made our stay extra comfortable as we stayed for over a week. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, location and cleanliness."
