Absolutely the best value anywhere! Immaculate! Courtyard on lower level, and patios on upper level, with tables and chairs. Full size refrig and stove with oven. Separate living/dining area and bedroom. Amazing price!

Clean and quiet
Can't beat it for the price. Everything looked clean. Hall floor from Bathroom to Kitchen was sticky. Everything else was good and it was a nice quiet stay.

We found the property to be a great place to stay as we went through Augusta. It is pretty basic but reasonably comfortable and the staff we met was wonderful. The only real complaint we had was the limited dinnerware and cookware. For example, no spatula for making eggs, only one ceramic coffee cup, no sharp knives, etc. this was important as we are on the road with restrictive food allergies. Being forewarned we’d plan accordingly. It was a bit noisy on the first floor (lots of thumping above) so I would request second floor next time. We would book again going through Augusta. We felt the property was an excellent value for the money.

This used to be my favorite home away from home but not now. I didn’t have to worry about dogs or kids but now I do. Do my last visit. It’s was filled with dogs barking loud kids and loud noise. Last stay.

This was my second time staying here. I come to Augusta for bowling tournaments and the beds here are amazing. Rooms are great. Always clean and quiet. Ronald, the gm, is AMAZING and very nice! Will continue to stay here when I'm in town!

Over all good.
We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean except for the kitchenette area. It did need some attention and deep cleaning. But we didn't have to use it. And unfortunately,the beds were terrible to us. Too hard for me. But it did serve its purpose.

The manager and staff were great. The hotel is well upkept outside. Inside is ok, but did find a couple pests that the manager said they were taking care of. It's a good value for a quick stay in a nice looking hotel.

Greatly appreciate the feedback. Being we have an outdoor access entry to the guest rooms, guest room doors are often left open and is susceptible to out side annoying insects, to make there way in. Thank you letting us know and it has been taking care of.

Only thing I didn't like was not an extra set of bed sheets in case someone wanted to use the sofa bed. Other than that, AMAZING! Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice. Check out was a breeze. Amazing facilities, would definitely stay there again.

Quite pleased
This is an interesting property. If you are looking for Picassos on the walls and endless amenities, it isn't for you. But if you want the basics, and a VERY large suite -- truly apartment sized = then it is hard to beat. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature controls worked, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, the sofa was reasonably comfy and both TVs worked. Kitchen with full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, and stove. The location is quite acceptable, with lots of businesses nearby, but you are not walking anywhere safely. A car or uber is mandatory. And then there is Ronald, the resident manager, who stands ready to do anything and everything he can to help you. When we left it was like leaving an old, dear friend. I would come back here in an instant.

Underrated Hotel
Stayed at this hotel overnight a few weeks ago to attend a family event with my niece. Let me first start with the Amazing Hospitality. I contacted the hotel the day of my overnight reservation to inform them that I was delayed and would not arrive by check in. The hotel Manager, Ronald, kept the front desk open until I arrived. He then followed up with me immediately after check in to ensure that I was satisfied with my room. The room was extremely clean, contained new furniture and flooring. I travel often and research hotel reviews prior to reserving. The reviews for this hotel were outstanding and I was curious to see if this was a faux. Well it’s not! This hotel is definitely underrated and under priced. Will definitely stay longer the next time in Augusta. Definitely recommend this hotel. Ronald customer service was personable and impressive.
