Very disappointing stay!

Cons: The friendliness of the staff. Clean the rooms. Update the carpets, bedspreads, and decor. Fix the pool. Offer a better breakfast.
Location: The location was very good(except the empty, broken down hotel right next door). Plenty of restraunts near by.
The check in was about the only good thing about our stay at this hotel. After we got to our rooms we were very dissapointed. There were only 2 towels per room and when I went to the desk to ask for more towels the person on duty was sitting in the main dining area and sighed very loudly and acted very annoyed that I was bothering her. We had gotten to the hotel later in the evening and as we prepared for bed we found that one of the beds had very dirty sheets. After my experience with the front desk help I was very hesitant to request clean sheets. I finally went to the desk and requested clean sheets. I was given king sized sheets for a double sized bed, and I had to change the sheets myself. The breakfast that they offered was a very simple, unedible meal. It looked like they kept reheating the same food over and over. Also one of the things that attracted us to this hotel was the pool, but the pool was dirty and not even filled. Our stay in this hotel was a very unpleasant one. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. You might save money but the lack of amenities and the dirty rooms doesnt make it worth the money saved.

nice hotel

Pros: I wasn't in the room much because being out all day but everything was ok
Cons: nothing, it was ok
Location: location is 10 out of 10 for the Masters golf
a very nice hotel, a warm welcome, I was helped by the manager-when I needed help with an issue.

So smokey

Everything smelled like smoke. It was terrible. The hallway, elevator, bed, room, etc... The room was very old and dated, but the smell was just horrible.

Terrible smell

The smell was terrible. The elevators, hallway, room, bed, everything smelled like smoke. It was terrible. We were only in town for 1 night and we had the worst sleep.

I stayed here when it was Best Western, it's rundo

It's run down now Shady people were on my third floor Weed smell was every where and workers everywhere , pool has been shut down, breakfast is a joke , no one at front desk ever . Smells like eastern food when u enter Lock your doors , be careful not good with kids and family

Not bad, great on a budget.

The service was amazing. The room however was dirty, there was trash behind both bed tables and the bathroom had a foul stale smoke odor. The bed and linens were exceptionally clean though. Overall the leftovers from the last guest were likely not the typical as everything else was as expected. I would stay here again anytime we were in the area. Plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi suite. Breakfast was a nice addition to the stay.
