Visiting my Brother

Pros: The breakfast and the pool area
Cons: The rooms need updating, they need painting and a very good cleaning.
I have stayed at this hotel every time I come in town to visit my brother, but this time I had to wait over 2 hours to get my room because they did not have any rooms cleaned. Yes the staff was accomadating and offered us free food and a free night for next time I visit, the wait was very long.

Nice place to stay overnight.

Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: New ac units.
Location: Hit a local bar the people there where very nice but it was smokey.
Wish the hotel was closer to the Highway. First room we where had they ac unit was torn apart, so they gave us a different room. The ac unit in second room was noisy and barely keep the room cool. The staff was very nice, especially the bartender. Eat at the bar and the food was good. Room was clean and the pool was nice. We would stay here again and hope for a room with a better ac unit.

Comfort in Augusta

Love it. Great Southern breakfast every day (gotta check out the chef's biscuits and gravy!); room had separate shower from tub, a plus in my book; couch for sitting or it makes into second bed; large; loved the staff; only negatives would be there was little in way of other food choices close by and I had some difficulty accessing my email via the hotel's biz computer.

Hotel advertised shuttle but only ran during business hours so not helpful when trying to catch early flight.

Super nice staff! Rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. Very nice courtyard and pool area.

Need New Beds

The young lady who checked me In was on the phone when I get there and she did not ask me for my If upon checking in.I just gave her my name and she assigned me a room and I signed the paper and she didn't even tell me what side the room was on atleast when it was Holiday Inn they were more interactive and the bed was not comfortable it was hard and I had to sleep on the pillows to keep my back from hurting.

This hotel was very clean! I appreciated a clean room that allowed for pets. The pool area looked enticing, going to come back over the summer to visit family and use the pool. The breakfast was very nice and we even ate dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food and service was great.
