Hotel was OK, but definitely not as nice as other Baymonts I have stayed at. It is in need of renovation.

room maintenance

Pros: nothing
Cons: cleanliness and maintenance
Location: near interstate, a large strip mall and several restaurants.
The entire hotel needs work. The elevator was nasty and required painting. A picture on the wall was falling off and hanging at an odd angle. The drapes we in tatters. I was so shocked that a hotel would even consider putting a customer in such a room. Baymont Inns are usually so nice. I was so disappointed.

The baymont

My visit at the baymont was not pleasing in my eye sight. They need a lot of repairs in the bathroom, the lights inside the bathroom that’s above the mirror was rusted. The plumbing were bad, the water were going out of the tub very slow..... I️ will never stay their again.

Was an interesting experience I booked an extra night so I do need to be funderd for that and yeah the breakfast was off the chain

Time to Close or Update

Pros: The afternoon desk clerk
Cons: Everything else.
Location: Location was o.k.
As a Wyndham Rewards member as well as Expedia Member, I am truly disappointed in both organizations and their affiliation with this run down facility. The room was not only dirty and poorly furnished, but didn't even have one towel bar in the bathroom. The room curtain was stained and the valance was hung with two different brackets well exposed. I could go on and on. Never again !

Missing service

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Cleanliness, service, operations. Nearly everything.
Location: I was there on business. I have no idea what might be nearby.
Arrived and no one showed up at the desk for about 10 minutes. I went upstairs to my room and the elevator door stuck in the open position right across from my room. Then it began making a loud beeping noise. Which continued for at least 30 minutes. I went to the room and the pillows were sitting in a chair like someone forgot to place them on the bed. No pillowcases for the pillows and no one at the desk to complain to. Weird TV controls.

I've stayed here a few times and have always been satisfied however this time around I was a little disappointed. The sheet that was on the bed kept coming off I don't think it was the right size for a king bed. It was also inside out which let me to believe maybe it was not changed from the previous people who stayed and was just turned inside out so it didn't have to be cleaned, gross. My car was also broken in to overnight thieves stole radio out of my car and multiple things out of my trunk. Will not be returning because of that don't feel safe

False misleading advertising

To start when I booked the room I was told it slept 5. When we checked in there were 2 beds and no couch and no where else to sleep. So needless to say it only slept 4. Which would have or one of the kids sleeping on the floor. Room was extremely small not much room to move around. There was also no phone in the room so we couldn't call to express our concerns we had to go to front desk. Once we went to front desk they were definitely less than accommodating! Informed us there was nothing they could do and we're fairly rude when communicating with us. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience.
