Paid for a room online and upon arrival was told by the desk attendant that cant stay and there was nothing that could be done for at least 30 minuets.

Was a very worn down hotel for $280 a night. Don’t recommend.

poor except staff

facility is in need of major update and improvement. house staff was very very por. no linen changes, no towel changes daily, no trash removal, just terrible. however the front desk staff and the event transportation staff member kathy could not have been more accommodating. will not return for 2019 masters.

I have looked personally on your issues with my housekeepers and there was a Do not disturb sign on your door which stopped them from the linen and towel change. However i would personally request to have a one on one discussion to understand your discomfort in detail and make sure necessary amends take place. Really appreciate your positive feedback for Kathy . Sir would also request to give us another chance to serve you and i can assure you that we wont let you down.

The hotel staff, especially Mark at the front desk were extremely helpful and very hard working. The cleaning crew on the 3rd floor were not the best. Some days no soap, beds not made and broken coffee pot.

No tissues in room and staff didn't seem to care. Biggest week of their year and not ready?

Very nice hotel even though it says non smoking rooms, my room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke other than that the staff was extremely nice and even offered me cookies.

Unfriendly and broken

We have stayed in 100's of hotels over the years and honestly this is the first time I have actually felt the need to leave a review. This hotel is horrible. Had to move rooms the first night after my wife took a shower and the tub filled up with water and would not drain. The tub must have been fiithy as it stuck as well. Went to ask for them to unclog and they said we will just move you so we had to pack up and move to a new room at 10pm. Remotes didn't work in either room for the TV and had to come down to get new ones. Only 2 towels provided in the room and on our last night when we got back they had cleaned the room and left us no towels. Elevator closest to our room was not working the entire stay. The other one had pieces of plastic falling off, the floor numbers didn't light up and there were cracker crumbs that sat on the floor of the elevator for at least 2 days. Last morning I went to the breakfast area around 5am as I have 100's of times since I wake up early. The person working kicked me out of the room and said I could not be in there. I was sitting at a table in the corner near the door. The previous three mornings I sat in there talking to the person that was working. She was rude and didn't care. As I said I have done this 100's of times over the years and never been asked to leave the room. What the heck one person certainly not in the way of anyone. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

bad option

floor repair going on o the way to elevators, dust/ dirt everywhere room: room smells horrible, dusty and dirty, no coffee maker, TV did not work, floor lamp is broken. By far worst hotel experience.

The room was clean, but the furniture was old. Also, the TV was very outdated. Not a horrible hotel, but not a great one either.

never again

Pros: was very large for the price i paid
Cons: dry towels have room ready on time have some check the batteries on the TV controls IFTHEY IS NO MIKE FOR THE COFFE DURING THE continental breakfEAS
Location: AUGUSTA COLLEGE WAS ABOUT 20 MIN AWAY
arrived at 3:30 pm check in was to be at 3pm after driving 6hour room was open bed not made so they did not get to told desk i would be back in 2hours drove around had a early dinner dead tied arrived back at 6pm and the room was ready towels were damp use my own had to get up close to the tv for it to change channels and volume control in the money ask if they was milk for the coffee in the lobby was told for about 45 min she is on her way left shaking my head saying never again
