Outdated hotel.

The room is outdated. Bathroom was dirty and every where looks dirty too. They have many carpet stain and luckily I always bring my own disposable slippers for my family after shower to put on. You can't even walk with bare feet. In fact, I just stay in another hotel in August area for four nights same as under Wyndham management. It was horrible too. My husband and I decided not to stay in any of those hotel anymore. Either the service was bad or outdated. If anyone traveling and I would recommend to stay in a better place with what worth to pay.

Terrible customer service

This place is owned by a racist man not sure if he was Indian or what but he was rude at check in soon we got there gave me an my husband attitude if they hadn't charge us already we would have left . You can not get towels they never have any an we asked an he said return the old ones I have never stayed somewhere like that before . I will never visit or refer anyone I know . This is the one I'm Augusta ga on Jimmie dyes pkwy . He said he was the owner very nasty demeanor. An we had two kids we shower often an they never had tiered on neither shifts , stay somewhere else seriously

Uncomfortable

Overall nice stay but room was entirely to hot even with A/C on 60.

Clean & Convenient no more, no less

The A/C was insufficient. The thermostat was set to 86 when we checked in. It is summer time in Georgia, when the room was set up the A/C should have been adjusted prior to guest check-in. Other facilities practice this habit. We got in late so it was not cooled off for bedtime. New rules about bringing breakfast out of the dining area should be posted in the lobby and shared when telling guests about the hours. It is however, posted in the dining area but it should be announced/shared before hand so that people may plan accordingly. We were reminded of breakfast hours but not informed of the rule so we found out the hard way when family tried to pack a plate for me to bring back to the room. Because I had to leave before breakfast and return after hours had ended, I missed the meal. Customer service was below average. Management was passive.

Just a little nitpicking

Room was a very nice suite. Two TV's, pull out couch, fridge, MW, and dishwasher but the layout left something to be desired. There was NO light by the kitchenette area so that was annoying. The room phone didn't work at all so calling the desk was not really an option. The electronic thermostat required a great deal of "rigging" to set but once it was set, no amount of "rigging" could change the setting. So I had no major concerns and I honest chalked all of these up as a "you get what you pay for" type of trade off. The price was exceptional so even with the nitpicky little shortcomings, I feel that I got great value. OH one final thing. Breakfast was slightly above continental but on one day of my stay, all of the food was cold and it took until breakfast was almost over for staff to address it. Not a good look

Room was not clean properly, I spoke with the Assistant Manager in regards to my stay and he was very rude. Hair in tub, toilet nasty, medicine cup, and pills left under the bed. People over us after switching rooms were very loud and noisy. This place was not worth my 85.00
