Rooms were dirty. Bugs crawling across bed. Room stunk like Marijuana, bad. Pool was closed and had been closed for a while. Very disappointed especially since all i wanted was some sleep and off the road.

Checked in, got to the room and there were already people in the room. Went back to the front desk and was told "they must have broken into the room" because they had no idea anyone was in there.
The 1st room had a giant roach and ants in the restroom. They changed the room and the 2ndi room had roaches also. I slept at a friends house and came back in the morning to shower and grab my belongings. Wasted money because your policy does not allow refunds.

Employees are super friendly! If you get bit by bed bugs. Do not expect a refund. Just keep the lights on and do not waste your time contacting hotels.com.

Attended golf tournament, otherwise, would never stay here as most hotels sold out or price gouging because of the tournament. Room filthy, couldn't close bathroom door due to paint over the years and frame not fitting. Carpet filthy, towels need replacing, everything just old, tv not able to use remote for whatever reason.

Had 2 AC units swapped as they were broken. Room smelled as if it used to be a smoking room, water damage in the bathroom had walls so out of shape you couldn't close bathroom door. Towels were like sandpaper. For nearly $300 (yes it was masters week in augusta) i expected a slightly nicer facility.
Room was musty, bathroom toilet seat was broken, bed was worn out, bathroom floor was bad, abandoned suv with flat tires in parking near room 411, noise level inside room was bad, homeless people walking around property, very close to Masters tournament.
This is a great location for going to the masters but beyond that its a dump. Felt like my foot was going to go thru floor. Entire bathroom floor shook, and toilet rattled when 5 feet away. Light over sink blinked off and on. No way to take shower as a pipe just came out into tub. Friendly checking in and quick to resolve shower issue.
One of the worst hotels to ever stay at do not stay you're wasting your money there was a cucumber that was rotted out under the bed sheets the hotel lied to hotels.com there is no continental breakfast which is another lie for the website if I were you I would stay at Days Inn any of them are much better than this knight inn also there were black bugs all over both bathrooms after being requested to move to a different room this is the worst stay ever

Omg this was the nastiest hotel i have ever been to in my whole entire life...as much money as i spend with yall and hotels i cant believe that they can even rent that out to someone...the bath tub fell through the floor and there was roaches every where behind the dressers and i have pictures of it all please i hope yall can book us another night through another hotel because this was absolutely disgusting. It was terrible the room smell like heavy cleaning supplies like they dump a hole bleach bottle on the floor then had to change rooms like 3 times and the bathroom toilet was leaking

The bed was sunk in in the middle to the point my partner and I rolled straight to the middle, stained carpet with tacky spots, stained bed spread along with sheets, BLACK MOLD on the shower curtain, bugs smashed on the shower wall.. nothing was plugged in like they didn’t plan to use the room at all. It was a $60 room, so I didn’t expect greatness but I expected more effort I guess.

Check in was from outside, thru glass. Could not hear what was said. Room was dirty, tub was cracked at bottom and leaked.
No plugs for microwave, and front door had 1inch gap at bottom. Vending area was filthy.

Not bad, but could be better.
I reserved a non-smoking double room. The first room I was offered smelled of smoke. I noticed the microwave and fridge were unplugged so I asked the clerk. This motel has a policy of unplugging both between guests -- so be warned if you plan to bring cold food. The second room smelled fine. We had to fiddle with the fridge's plug to get it to work. We also discovered that the "double beds" are an odd size. They are narrower than a standard full size bed but larger than a twin and cramped for two people to lay in but are certainly not twin beds.
This motel is older and shows signs of long term wear. While the beds were narrow, they were comfortable otherwise and the room was clean and we saw no signs of bugs. The staff were friendly and took care of my requests right away. The "continental breakfast" was odd -- it consisted of coffee, orange juice, and pre-packaged swiss rolls and star crunches.

THE NASTIEST MOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!! Room remakes of smoke even though was non-smoking. Also smelled damp. Mattress must have 15 years old and completely worn out. Carpet was nasty and sticky feeling. Chair at desk was stained all over it. Floor in bathroom was rotting and half was sloped. It looked like a blind person painted inside as paint was on walls, cabinet, vanity and sink.

Positives - Friendly staff and location
Negatives - Dead cockroach in bathtub when we checked in. Floor has soft spots so good thing all on one level. Additional room booked had live cockroach crawling up the wall and smell in room was horrible.

Shower pressure was not good and no hot water after 5 mins
Rough place all around. Not in a bad area but this hotel itself is really dirty. We found a dead bed bug on the pull out mattress, a cigarette butt in the shower, and a couple dead bugs in the light above the bathroom.
The knights inn is severely in need of renovation or reconstruction. Floor in bathroom was so rotted it felt unsafe. Outdated carpet nasty, 30 yr old style bed covers. Just don't.

Stayed here for 1 night during the Masters Practice round. For the price, $198, and under the circumstance of being Master's Week in Augusta GA it was ok. Room was clean, but very dated. Very close to the parking lots for the Masters, no problems with traffic to the parking lots. Good selection of restaurants within 1/2 mile.
This a old very basic motel, but it was ok considering the price and location. Reminded me of older hunting and fishing motels in the boondocks.
Great location less than a mile from Augusta National, but obviously an old, tired property in desperate need of some upgrades. As long as you know what you are getting, it’s fine merely as a place to crash for visiting The Masters.
