Great location, convenient, friendly staff. Anyone above 5'8" won't be able to shower comfortably. There were stains on the sheets, dark dime sized, looked like blood. Sheets were "clean" so the stain was old, but these should have been thrown away. Overall, comfortable stay, but the stains, cobweb, and shower size were just unfortunate. Thumbs up to the staff though, super friendly.

The room looks the same as what it probably looked like in 1950. The towels, sheets & shower floor all had terrible stains. This hotel is nasty. Plese use the $295 a night fee for the masters week to buy new:towels, TV (mine had 2 lines going down the middle) cleaning supplies & basically everything else. I have never left a review under 8 before but this place deserves a 1 star.

It was dirty run down, shower was horrible sink was leaking, can’t believe you recommended this place. Will never go through you again, and would never recommend Wyndham or you again. Price of $400 was the biggest rip off I ever had

It was "ok", but it took 3-tries before a lock/entrance card to a vacant unit worked. In addition, it could use a pest control spray done.

Ok stay
Very clean and spacious room. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in as there was noone at the front desk when i arrived. Friendly and helpful service once she arrived. Television situation is awful. The reception is very poor. TV quality was awful on every channel, most channels being unwatchable. Not a big issue for a quick stay. However, thats part of service. That part was piss poor at best.

Dirty roach motel
Completely unacceptable conditions for the price. Dirt and hair was all over the floor, we were afraid to take our shoes off. The bathroom was disgusting, light fixture falling apart, etc. We could hear everything from the parking lot, people coming and going, road noise. Even with a sound machine it did not drown out the noise. We were just rushing to get out of there the next morning. No breakfast was available although advertised to have started at 7AM, we checked after 7:30AM and it was empty, no coffee, water or anything. To top things off - I’m brushing my teeth before leaving and my daughter spots a massive cockroach crawling up the bathroom doorway. See attached pictures and stay away from this place!

A let down .
The room had a hole in the wall maybe from the other room I don`t know I filled it with tooth paste. The edge of the shower tub combo had cigarette burns in several places. The lights by the bed the lamp shades were broke and covered in dust. When Wyndham put there name on it I assumed it would be a lot better !

My stay was so terrible for starters when we arrived the worker sitting in my room looking at tv. The tub and the bed was full of hair and there was mold on ceiling of bathroom. The heat didn’t work and the iron didn’t work properly she sent another that was broke also

Terribly expensive room during the Masters Tournament. Some of the baseboard was missing and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. The room smelled musty. No value here - at least not tournament week.

Rooms, property are in disrepair. Walked passed a parked truck with two flat tires (it looked abandoned) in front of the rooms and a 4’ to 5’ snake slithered out. Rooms smelled of stale cleaning product but were still dirty and sticky. Bed linens had cig burns. food, fluid and possible blood stains on them. Ridiculous!

The lobby had a musty smell when I entered. The check-in went smoothly and the gentlemen was very professional. The parking lot and grounds was littered with trash. The sidewalks and stairway were dirty with fallen leaves, trash, and debris. The elevator was dirty and smelled of urine. A plug in air freshener did little to cover up the odor. The hallway outside our room had trash and carpet that needed vacuuming when we arrived. It was the same when we left two days later. It also had a strong smell of pool chlorine- there was no pool. The room was clean but had not been updated in a long time. The sheer curtains were dirty and torn. The windows were dirty. The towels were thin and the second day we only got one towel and had to share. The best thing about this place is that Starbucks is steps way from the front door. We paid a premium price to stay during The Masters. I did not expect the 5 star quality but had an expectation of cleanliness that was not provided. I am surprised that Expedia would market a hotel in this condition.

Check-in was fine. Room did not feel clean. For a room for four, there were two towels, two washcloths, one small shampoo, and one bar of soap. The tub wouldn't drain. There was mold in the bathroom. Beds weren't comfortable. The pillows were without plush. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting
The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors has good matted to them, multiple dark unknown stains, beds had peoples hair all over them, no trash can in the room, smelled musty, bathtub didn’t drain, there was either blood or poop smeared on the wall, all the paint on the walls and doors was filthy like streaks of grey from never being wiped, hair on bathroom floor, there was a forklift in the parking lot with a pallet on it and the forks were raised still. People dealing drugs in the parking lot, the breakfast was just muffins, the juice machine only dispensed water, the ladies at the counter were nice, I doubt the rooms have ever been cleaned and had the nerve to charge $75 for incidentals. It was horrible…

I extended my stay.... when checking in I had to pay $75 because I used a 3rd party to book (hotels.com) and when I added another day I was checked out then checked back in having to pay another $75. I have $150 in limbo and need a other night yet can't afford another $75. Horrible experience and a dirty room DONT BOOK DONT BOOK UNPROFESSIONAL UNDER TRAINED EMPLOYEES THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! ON THEIR CELL PHONES ALL THE TIME

It was clean however the TV didn't work. Didn't have bath towels in the room, sitting on the toilet was like a rocking chair, chargers would not stay in the outlets and there was no breakfast. There are better options available.

Disgusting
This hotel stay was absolutely terrible. First of all it’s a laquinta not a days inn. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall with exposed wires covered by Kleenex, the toilet seat was broken off, there was a hole that you could see through from one room to the other, there was no hot water, there was pubic hair on the bath towels and bedsheets. And for the finale the television did not work.
