Great staff

Our stay was made even better by our desk clerk and the manager. They made us feel at home and even told us about some local places to eat. Overall our experance was better outstanding.

I am only 5'8" tall and I had to hunker down to take a shower. Also, we had to go get a bottle of Febreze on the carpet and still there was a horrible odor. We know that La Quinta Inns are pet-friendly, but this is the first one we have encountered that smelled so offensive! This will be our last time staying in a LaQuinta Inn!

Hotel is very dated and could use some renovation. I can see attempts have been made but fall short of expectation. Room towels had a strange odor and the tub did not drain well and was very slippery. The cognitional was very basic but the Staff we present.

Easy on/off access to Interstate 20. Pets are welcome. Room and beds were comfortable.

We arrived on Thursday night And checked our Sunday. Room was clean. Only compliant, no room service ever came to our room! Friday night I had to go get towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The receptionist assured me she would report it. Well went out again Saturday, came back and still no room service. I again went to the front desk, spoke to the same lady, said she would Call the manager. So no room service our entire stay after reporting it 3 times.
