Hallways and Vending.

Location: Great location for food and shopping.
No problem with the room but the hallways and Vending room could be cleaner.

Comfortable Stay & Good Breakfast

The bathrooms are small but the staff was courteous and they spoke with a smile. I enjoyed the breakfast for the first time at Hampton Inn after several hotel bookings. The staff didn't cook the pork sausage, cheese eggs, ham & cheese eggs, which I was glad. The staff also said goodbye. To me, they valued customer service.

dissappointed

Was disappointed when I arrived. "Hotel" is actually a motel with exterior room entrances, it is an old building and looks it. We got a double room, 2 queen beds, but it was very small, tight quarters.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is a very shabby and old motel. All rooms open to the outside. The interior of the rooms have not been updated and were not clean. We tried to get a refund after seeing the room and were told since we booked Hotels,com we could not get a refund. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
