There was no more rooms at at the Wingate by Wydham were we stayed, so I got this room for my granddaughter and mother and it was HORRIABLE! The staff was rude, the place was dirty, unsafe, would not recommend this place. We were coming from NYC to Aguasta, GA thought that it would not be as bad as some places where I live at and would not go to at all.

The property was terrible from the time you walked through the door. Walked in there was an odor at check in. Get to our room our window is wide open no screen like some one was relaxing in the room with out paying. There was bugs on the floor. I advise my lady to get her bags we are not staying here. Called Expedia for my refund they may like I can’t get my money back because of the booking. Who is really going to stay and negotiate these conditions!

This hotel is filthy, questionable at best, and should be removed from hotels.com until it is able to meet safety and cleanliness standards.

We stayed for the Masters and upon arrival the rooms smelt, electric wires were hanging from the ceiling, no phone...just a cord, mold in the window frames, ironing board with no cover...or iron. Then in the morning we found serval unwanted guests...roaches (also found them at the morning breakfast buffet, and weight room. Photos certainly weren't taken recently

Roaches in the room. Condom box in the elevator. An ice machine that smelled and was leaking dirty looking water, cover d in thick dust. Still Waiting for a refund and had to contact corporate because I couldn’t get any help at the hotel itself. When brought up to staff there were roaches they just said ok and didn’t act surprised at all. This was really upsetting considering we had an infant with us.

Bed was clean and comfortable. I hated the security fee was to much, front desk poor people skill, television didn't work and the bathroom tub/shower had no nozzle to turn it on. Next room sent to Tv did not work either. Was glad to check out and go to another hotel.

Was excited there was a pool, until I realized it was nothing more than a pool sized green pond. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Beds were so uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of due to them sliding on the frame. I went to breakfast 30 minutes after opening and there was only eggs that I wouldn’t feed a dog. The only upside is that the staff was helpful and friendly. Please stay anywhere else but here.

The staff was very nice, however, the room wasn't the greatest. It took us about 30 minutes to get the TV to work. There were roaches, we saw at least 5. The room smelled kind of funny. The elevator was slow. The hallway was really gross and while we had a non smoking room, clearly the other rooms across the hall were smoking rooms. All we smelled was pot as soon as we stepped off the elevator. If it hadn't been so late and a non refundable room, we would have left.
