I checked in on a business trip to the promise of free wifi. Despite her patience and persistence, the night clerk was unable to get it up and running for me. I was so desperate to get my pending work done that I bought a new laptop at the Kmart across the street, which also failed to connect. I cancelled my second night's stay and went to another hotel, but the manager still charged me for the second night, which I did not use.
Also, the hotel does look nice in pictures, but the room they gave me smelled strongly of stale cigarettes and body odor. There was also an unusual amount of foot traffic in the parking lot, with a few folks just hanging around, asking for cigarettes and such. They seemed like nice enough folks, but between the noise, the smell and getting ripped off, I won't be staying there again.
