When we went to check in. We were told the three of us had to sleep in one double bed. Even though on our reservation it stated that there would be enough beds to accommodate. The gentlemen at the desk knocked expedia who we booked through. In the end he did provide us with a room for three.

Pros: Conveniently located to shopping areas
Cons: Replace carpet in hallways.
Bathroom had new fixtures but the ceiling paint had water stains and cracks. Bed was very uncomfortable. Needed to be flipped because it was sagging on one side. Carpet in hallways had allot of lifting. Trip hazard.

Room advertised was not accurate.Posted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: Buffet breakfast only
Cons: Hospitality and guest relations
Staff was argumentative when I asked for an appropriate room to sleep five, and wanted to charge an upgrade fee when they falsely advertised the room. They did make good on it, but it was a frustrating experience.

Advertised as luxury spa treatmentPosted Sep 28, 2015
Cons: Greater attention to all guest.
Location: It's Augusta, Maine...we were able to do all we expected to do.
Dinning room was under construction, a Wedding was in progress and staff was per-occupied with catering to their needs. Facility was otherwise clean...but we received minimal attention. Certainly not luxury.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 25, 2015
Pros: separate outside entrance to the room and nice continental breakfast
Cons: wish the mini-fridge had a small freezer with a door for the ice packs from our cooler.
Location: Hotel is close to the highway and downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Nice hotel close to the highway and downtown. Very friendly staff. We were there to visit family nearby. Family friendly, my son and dog were comfortable. Loved having a separate outside entrance to the room for unloading the car and walking the dog.

One of the largest indoor pools around!Posted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: Swimming pool.
Cons: Hallways could be cleaner.
If you like to swim laps or enjoy a spa, this hotel is a bargain.

Old and tiredPosted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: The free breakfast
Cons: Remodel! The hall carpets are so bad that you trip over them because they are all stretched out.
Because I booked through Expedia they stuck us in the oldest section of the Hotel. The main door to the room would barely open, the bathroom door would not close maintenance had to come and plain the door. The ceiling in the bath was discolored and peeling, the main ceiling had patches and taping joints exposed. It looks like they added a sprinkler system and never finished repairing the ceiling. This is not the first time this has happened to me when I book through Expedia. It appears that because of the expedia discount the Hotels are putting you in the worst possible room.
