I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed during Master's week and most other hotels were 700.00 plus. This hotel was very cheap in comparison so my expectations weren't very high. The facility is dated but in pretty good shape and was clean. My room was clean, linens and towels clean. Everything worked. The people at the desk (and i assume were the owners) were nice and accomodating. The only negative was that my room smelled a little of smoke. I will stay there again...

I had people approach me when getting out of the car to see if I wanted "anything". I got aggressive and sent them off. One tenant warned me to be careful as my car may be broken into. All within minutes of checking into the room. The room had odor that gave us a slight burning in the nose and throat. The TV would not work and the replacement for the controller did not help. People and vehicles coming and going most of the night into the early morning. It seems transient people stay here. The management was kind.

Was in town for the Masters. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful. The floors were newly renovated with vinyl planks. Would definitely stay here again.

Cancelled reservation--poor customer service
were unable to stay even though i had a confirmation and everything when Peter got there they said room was not reserviced due to credit card payment which i had no problem with when booking the room.Also, i was not notified that there was an issue at any time. the clerk was very rude and there was no parking. Had to book with another hotel.

Sorry for the trouble sir but we tried to contact you serval times for payment and plus we don’t have truck parking at our hotel .also it was a event going in town masters tournament so we were having no cancellations or refund policy during this week.

Womderful place to stay in Augusta.
The owners are awesome. They are very friendly and aim to make your stay pleasurable. My room was very clean and well maintained. Ive stayed at some of the chains in the area and they pale in comparison. Can you beat aausage biscuits or egg and cheese biscuits for breakfsst with fresh fruit, and pastries? Great location to boot.

When i showed up the staff was rude, and slow about check in. When i finally got my key and went to my room, it was trashed. The cleaning crew was a couple rooms down at the time, actively smoking inside the rooms as they cleaned. At that point i decided to not even stay here, and went somewhere else. Awful place, and ill be fighting for a refund of services i didnt even use.

Avoid this place!
The room wreaked of pot in a “non-smoking” room. Booked a king sized bed. Got 2 doubles. Sheets had stains and burn holes in them. No smoke detector in the room. Witnessed a drug deal go down in the parking lot.

Considering they have special rates directly on their site which reduces your rate down to $57.30 AFTER tax for a Queen Room and the room is clean, the owners really do work hard and take pride in the cleanliness of their properties inside and out. Since, their toddler son lives onsite,or at least is here a good bit, they make certain to get rid of anyone hanging around outside,looking like their up to no good. The cons are; in the morning, you can expect continental WHAT? Don't even expect to receive a cup of horrible black coffee, because you are out of luck. You won't even find a coffee maker in your room. Luckily, you are a hop,skip and a jump from Waffle House. No washer and dryer on premises, the owner and his wife could definitely work on their people skills considering they rely on the hospitality industry for their living. The owner will literally yell at customers for very petty mistakes they've made. His wife got very upset with me for getting locked out of my room and needing a key after dark. The worse issue I'm noticing now is that their seems to be the start of a roach problem. This is the third one I have come across and its the small little suckers that are hell to get rid of! LIf you need a cheap, no frills place to lay your head for a few days then this is definitely the best option for the money. Every comparable competitor is way worse and cost more.

The room was very clean, beddings needed changing it looked like it was slept on already. Bed was too hard ... Other then that ... It was quite n peaceful. Suggestion: maybe a folding chair would be nice to sit outside.

Well I want to say that I got my hotel room online and I finally got into Augusta that morning so I could get a room for me and my kids and he denied me for a room and he denied my card at all I don't understand why I wasn't rude I was in disrespectful I wasn't nothing I just walked up to the hotel that's a ass for my room and said my name and let him know that I purchased basically a room and he told me he did not me I was very upset I was tired and disappointed. Me and my kids did not understand what was going on with him at all if I you I would not stay there he is rude and he do not explain anything to you that makes sense of why he could not sell or give me a room.
