I did not stay, I check in & I checked out within four hours. I know nothing about that State & city. Got in my car & started looking for another hotel on a Friday with no help from Hotels.com. I had an appointment the next day & I would not sleep in that place. I entered the lobby & was hit with drug smell, blanket w/ holes, screen torn out, this is the first floor i didn't feel safe to sleep. The toilet stopped up w/no plunger. Went to the front for a pIunger & saw the maintenance man w/two in his hand and he went into a storage room while I
was waiting down the hall. I went back to the front desk & I got the plunger myself. I drove a long way & the price was over $200, I had to make stop at the Hampton Inn on my way & compared to them Hampton Inn was a Mansion with the same price or less. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HOTEL.COM. They couldn't find me another Hotel to go to the SAME night & told me to call, around WHAT? The reviews couldn't have been real unless they like drug deals & prostitution environment. I talked to a Sheriff at the place where I had my appointment, area is not good. I also had to stop at a retail store & I told the cashier how disappointed & frustrated I was & she told me about the area. Need I say more. I eventually found a professional & Very decent hotel to sleep in that night on a busy Friday night. They need to get a secret shopper to investigate that place.
