“整個渡假村座落於茵萊湖邊，是一間很有質感且環境整潔優雅又富設計感的渡假村。 服務人員接待熱情，且安排我們5位大人入住405&406的連通villa，房間的擺設及設計都十分典雅舒適，床鋪枕頭都很舒服，一切都很美好。酒店有自己的碼頭，很方便，所以我們預定了船隻遊湖看夕陽，包船1.5小時，船家很好心的停在湖上讓我們欣賞完美的夕陽，實際上早已超過我們原本的包船時間，服務真的很棒！而茵萊湖的水上風景實在太迷人。酒店有無邊際游泳池面向美麗且遼闊的茵萊湖及遠方山景。晚餐直接在酒店的餐廳用餐廳，食物好吃氣氛很好，重點是服務生真的很細心，滿足我們一切所需，服務真的太好了，完全超出我們的期待！太美好的體驗，只停留一天實在太短了，我們一定會再回來的！ ”

“WE arrived there quite late, 4pm. It was about to be sunset and get cold. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving tips to eateries and sights. The location of the hotel, on top of a hill, gives to great view of the sunset and sunrise as well as being a good marker for navigating back when you explore the small town by foot. ”

“Staff are helpful with fluent English. Foreign exchange for US and Euro. Thanakha (a local natural skin care mask) in the bathroom. Great breakfast with great variety of breads. Many pillows and cushions for your choice. Comfortable coach for TV. Great welcome drinks. 20 steps to the pier.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique du début à la fin, l'équipe sur place est merveilleuse, la location idéale, le petit déjeuner mieux qu'a la maison avec des viennoiseries sorties du four..11/10 ! “The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute……
