Fantastic Hotel in Rome

Location: 10 min walk to the Metro
We, a family of 4 with 2 kids, stayed for 4 nights at the Church Palace Hotel. The staff were accommodating to our needs as a family and made our stay very comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet, but we especially enjoyed having dinner at their restaurant. The surroundings allows one to wind down in peace after a hectic day of sight seeing in Rome.

Beautiful surprise!

Pros: The spacious and beautiful grounds and public spaces. Amazing restaurant!
Cons: Communication at check-in regarding available hotel transportation to city center and scooter rentals.
Location: A bit out of the tourist areas which made it quiet. Easy walk to Vatican and other areas.
The grounds, buildings and interiors are carefully curated. Artwork, furniture and accessories are well done and provide comfortable spaces both inside and out. There are many areas to sit and enjoy beautiful surroundings. The restaurant was amazing - the chef is creative and well skilled with adventurous combinations and exquisite plating. Eating outside on the relaxing covered patio made for a relaxing evening. Our room was on the 3rd floor and a good walk from the elevators but provided a quiet and very clean large space with well appointed bath. We will return again when visiting the Rome area and look forward to the delicious food at breakfast and in the restaurant.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in

Just by adding this stay was part of our honeymoon.Hotel A/C not working all through our stay in lobby breakfast room and it's 37degrees outside.bedroom A/C was OK but took forever cooling room.Staff at reception were terrible. Checked it and they just pointed to which way to find room which we were pondering for 10min with luggage finding room.Mr.C at the desk was perfect.Thanks to him I was happy. Asked for room with garden view so I got a view of dustbins and rubbish side of hotel.Did not sleep one night due to loud noise upstairs at 3am. Nightmare honeymoon stay it was for us.

Nice hotel, near Metro.

Pros: Very nice hotel. Airport shuttle available for $40. Close to Metro line. Currency conversion can be done inside the hotel!
Cons: Need additional help in the dining room to pour water for customers and interact with customers, no attendant visible.
Location: Great location. Close to Metro and bus line.
Gad very good experience. Great staff! Sara was very helpful to me!

Rome trip

Hotel itself was amazing although the rooms could benefit from a facelift. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice.

Rome Hotel

Pros: Close to Metro, Restaurants and the look of the Hotel was very nice. There is a park adjacent to the hotel.
Cons: Mattress was very hard and lumpy. The room service meal and menu could be improved.
Location: A restaurant named Gusto Sando is very close and well worthwhile, well priced and excellent food and atmosphere.
Staff were very nice. The hotel overall appearance and cleanliness was excellent. There was no coffee pods for the cappuccino machine, and we were told by reception that the hotel was out of stock. however no alternative was offered. We ended up going to the supermarket and buying our own!! We stayed here for 14 days and 2 days before we left the coffee pods arrived.. The hotel is very business orientated with lots of conventions, weddings and government meetings which detracts from the guest experience. I think this is the hotels main focus which is fair enough, but if your looking to stay at a quiet hotel where the focus is on the guests then this isn't the hotel to choose.

Great hotel, friendly staff, wish the room service menu was a bit more extensive. But all Ina lol a great experience!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! Nice am close to the metro, a few stops from all the tourist sites. Breakfast was ok, a bit basic but fine. Plug wasn't working in our room, but they fixed it for us as soon as we let them know. Lovely hotel would stay here again
