Our car was broken into and the staff just shrugged and pointed to signs saying they are not responsible. Aurora is a very scary place.

Toilet in room was clogged the first day we arrived. Shower constantly dripped, even after engineer fixed it. Shower handle probably needs to be replaced. Shower head is on wrong side of shower, so that when you turn on the water you get hit with initial cold water because you have to reach around glass wall to turn on the water -- poor design.

The allocated parking space for cars were extremely small, even for the smallest vehicle. Each car had to park into the other space in hopes to properly fit.

This is my second time staying at Doubletree Hotel. There bed was really hard and hurt my back. I didn’t like they cut off the Wi-Fi on the seventh day and I was staying for 8 days. Breakfast is not free but they keep advertising saying it’s free.

This hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is reasonably priced, has good food, and had gluten free options for my son who has celiac. Our request for adjoining rooms was easy. The rooms are comfortable and the noise level was low.

It was a nice hotel, but the hot tub was broken, and the pool was supposed to be closed due to heath concerns but they didn't put up a closed sign, so people (including my kids!) were still swimming. We didn't find out until a few days AFTER.

We loved it here so much! Very clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient to the grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed for a week and didn’t have a single problem. It was absolutely amazing.

I was really bummed with the fact that the hot tub did not work while we were there because I was really looking forward to using that and one night we had a fire alarm so that kind of sucked woke me up in the middle of the night scared to death… And our TV did not work the whole time we were there until the last day, so even though in someways, I was impressed with this place in someways I was not so impressed

Great nice clean hotel very nice rooms and I enjoyed my stay only issue I had was getting double charged for the stay do to a app issue with pre checking in but after many frustrating calls it was fixed that was the only downside to the stay
