GROSS! BUYER BEWARE!!!

It's was one of the grosses hotels I have ever stayed at. I felt like I was in a third world country. The pictures on the web look nothing like the rooms. Old run down and super dirty. The office chairs looked like they had never been cleaned, the bathroom smelled of urin. We had no hangers no ironing board, no coffee pot No cups. The entry way was felthie . I did not feel safe at all. Buyer beware! We stayed 2 nights I only seen a housekeeper 1 time! Our room was never cleaned. Don't stay here not worth the $114 .

Good night after long flight

Overall a very good value. Veey limited food at breakfast and ran out of coffee. All said we would stay here again.

This place needs a lot of help.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything needs improved. I was shocked what poor condition it was in for the price.
Location: This is right off Hey 225 and is easy to get to. It's about 5 miles off I70.
I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in and at least 10 minutes for someone to check me out. They do not keep the front desk staffed. The rooms window was open when I walked in and it smelled like smoke. There was no screen on the window. They did not provide a coffee pot, hairdryer, mattress pad, or dishes. Considering this is an extended stay hotel, I would have thought all of these items would be there. I tried to use the ironing board and it had a broken leg so wouldn't stay up. The bedroom door knob was completely gone. Breakfast consisted of a peanut bar and coffee.

Dirty disgusting hotel

We walked into the front area which was fine no staff person to greet us. We got checked in and went up to our room only one light worked there were broken light bulbs and glass everywhere along with roaches climbing the walls and floors. This hotel shouldn't ever have there doors open let alone have people staying there. Not to mention the door didn't lock not only to the room but to the building there is no feeling safe in a place like that.

Not kid friendly

Hotel front desk worker was not nice. I feel she didn't want my kids there. We walked into the outdoor pool with my tiny dog for a couple minutes and she closed the pool down for the rest of our stay. Which made a long week with four kids. Also our TV didn't work the time. Another reason it was a long stay with four kids. The hotel was in a great location and big enough. However the one staff made the whole stay unpleasant.

NASTY ROOMS & STAFF/ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Pros: RUDE staff and the Manager was the WORST of ALL! Broken beer bottles and dog poop greet you at the door to the hotel, Mold and filth are throughout.

Expedia cancelled my reservation at a different hotel a couple hours before check-in and gave me this NASTY hotel. Room was FILTHY- Mold in the shower, ceiling fan in bathroom FULL of dirt, stove fan/light not covered, floor not clean. Asked for different room - Manager said there was nothing wrong with the room and they had no other rooms available. That night two different pipes in the room made a banging noise about every 10-15 seconds ALL NIGHT and NEXT DAY! Asked Manager to come and see the FILTH/hear the noise, she said she wasn't maintenance so she couldn't be bothered; maintenance wouldn't be available till the afternoon. She said we could take out ALL of our items from our room by 11 am, put them in a conference room and we could check back in after 3 pm. When I told her we didn't have time to do that she said "oh well"! The next day, we took everything out of our room and loaded it into the car. That evening we were given another room - still not very clean. I made dinner and went to take out the trash from the ONLY container IN OUR ROOM...MOLD, ROTTEN liquid every were in the bottom of the container it had been there for WEEKS. Took the container to Management - she said, "we don't have any other trash cans" we'll try to have one for you later.... later NEVER came! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Needs improvements

Very disappointing. Facility needs to be updated. Had several maintenance issues. Staff responded quickly but parts had to be ordered. Hallway carpet was not cleaned in the three days we were there. Beds were very comfortable and we were grateful. Will not stay at this facility again.

Dirty/unsafe

This hotel had garbage scattered both inside and outside. The hallways and elevator were filthy. The side door was propped open with a rock allowing anyone to come in. The first floor had a door labeled stairs however it was locked, the 3rd floor location for the stairs didn't seem to exist?? They should definitely have more stairs, or atleast stairs available? The room was somewhat cleaner than the rest of the hotel and was nice, if properly cleaned. That staff were decent I definitely think they need more staff to properly take care of what could be a great place.
