Very helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Very helpful staff and centrally located for our needs.
Cons: They need to remodel the bathroom (mold in the shower grout) and shampoo the carpets (lots of stains)
Unfortunately we encountered very adverse weather conditions (closed roads) on our drive in from Las Vegas. We ultimately arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the morning. The gal at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly considering the time. Swiftly got us checked in so that we could finally get some sleep. We wound up extended our stay 3 additional nights and the staff was very helpful at each extension. My only complaint is that they need to do is some remodeling on the shower (mold in the shower grout) and shampoo the carpets (lots of stains). This is the second time that I've stayed at this location and it will probably be my go to location when I come back to Colorado.

Very rude staff.. paid for 2 nights, on morning of first night, staff member barged into room demanding me to get out! Told me i only paid for 1 night. Had to call expedia, where i made reservations, to get them to verify i paid for 2 nights!! I paid for 2 beds, room only had 1. No apologies, no nothing! Very rude!!

Dirty and not being taken care of.

The toilet clogged, went to the desk and lieu of waiting for maintenance, we asked for a plunger. The girl disappears for 10+ minutes said she could not find one and asked for our room and it would be brought to us. About a half hour she came by with a plunger for a sink not toilet but we used it and luckily it worked. The carpet was dirty. When I looked under bed for a shoe I found 2 cigarette butts. The moulding in bathroom was pealing from wall. Sink near faucets had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Everything had dust on it. Before someone checks in their room should be clean and it most definitely was not.

Great Location. Great Price. Repeat Customer.

Pros: Quick response from the front desk. Location, location, location. Full size fridge and microwave.
Cons: The coffee
Location: Walmart 2 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants. Plenty of places close to get Flower check out Altitude, Lightshade, etc. Train hub next to hotel.
The first time I stayed there, I checked in and my room didn't have any amenities. I didn't flip my lid and give a 1 star rating here, I called the front desk and they delivered everything within 10 minutes. If I ever needed anything, I'd call, no need for surprises. The first time early this year, there were people smoking cigarettes on the balconies outside the rooms and in the staircases. The next time I arrived, all of the amenities were in the room. Room was clean and cool. The front desk had started the $250 rule if caught smoking on the premises, which worked for me since I'm allergic to smoke and having nobody between my room and car smoking a cigarette was a bonus. At one point in the past there were 5 people I had to walk by people smoking tobacco. It's a 1 minute walk off of the property, where the smokers can smoke all they want. I've stayed here weekdays and weekends and have never had a problem with noise at all. The location is perfect for flower. Altitude, lightshade, and others are very close and top notch. There's all types of food to chose from, easy access to HWY. I think the hotel is starting to get more business, compared to before you could get flower, and is adapting by renovating. Best location, cheapest hotel. Should be 3+ stars easily.

no house keeping.. I have to go office to pick trash back up . no towels etc

The lobby closed by the time I was able to get to the hotel so I was not even able to stay. There should be hours saying when the lobby closes.
