Easy access, close to restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping mall. Check in was easy and the on duty person was very friendly and willing to help if I had any needs. I try to always stay at Holiday Inn because past experience has proved them to be quality. This location was convenient for my business meeting.

Nice place close to interstate, shopping and restaurant easy access to main roads very happy

It was a medical trip for my 12 yr old grandson. Was sent to 3 different rooms before we got the one we had reserved...a king with sofa bed. Water kept bubbling in bathroom sink and also wouldn't drain properly. Very noisy at night, especially Monday night until well after midnight. Was not worth the money it cost.

Close to light rail

Pros: Across the street fron light rail station
Cons: Working printer for guests.
This hotel is older but in very good shape. The front desk personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not up to the standards I have of a Holiday Inn

Pros: Easily accessible and close public transit
Cons: The rooms need to be renovated/updated, cared for.
The staff and location are good but the rooms are old and not well maintained. Would not stay here again unless the renovate the rooms. We liked that we were able to get public transit right across the street to downtown. Would be nice if the staff were a little more knowledgeable about the trains and which ones to take. Breakfast was good. Rooms and maintenance are our big complaints.

Things were fine. Was told the pool was open - it was NOT.

This Holiday Inn is awful!

Awful stayed, service was unprofessional, one staff member was out right rude, Wi-Fi didn't work. No maid service the two days I stayed there, she did came the second day but my daughter was sleeping so I asked her to come back in an hour or later but no one showed up. I think she didn't understand English. The location is not that great, not that quiet! Shuttle to airport only take you between 8am-8pm and have to be schedule 24 hours in advance which is not list on their website and is differ from the sign posted in their lobby.
