“This was very convenient to family gathering. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Suggestions- add another chair in living room for larger group. Possibly a small table in the bathroom to hold toiletries. If you have problems with stairs this might not be the best. Both large bedrooms are upstairs. Over all we will use this space again. ”

There were no instructions or booklet from the host, so we were left wondering what to do with the linens, etc. Also, no cell service, which would have been nice to know in advance. No instructions on connecting to the internet, so we old geazers had to get down on the floor to read the……

“We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean……

“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. Each day we had new pests (ticks, roaches, and another bug I have yet to identify) to greet us. Breakfast had……
