Was given wrong room, room was not serviced daily, hotel ran out of clean towels, pool is outside and super small.

Booked hotel for a weekend for Six Flags

The looks of the hotel was fairly nice. The room fairly clean. The bed was awful. It was not comfortable at all. It was lumpy. The pillows were too soft like cotton. I didn't get a good night's rest. So if you're looking for good sleep, don't choose this hotel. I had guest in another room and they said they found bugs in their bed.

Location is not great. No restaurants within walking distance and the only thing around is a car dealership. We were exhausted, so we ended up just ordering pizza. It is off a major street with no street light and I waited more than 15 minutes just to make a left turn back to the highway. the place could definitely use some freshening up. Not bad, just a little worn looking. They were making some kind of repairs in the breakfast room, which was right under mine. The hammering and sawing finally stopped about 8:30 pm. I called the front desk to ask when it would stop a few times and the answer was always "soon." No offer to put me in another room and there were vacancies. I usually like Hampton Inns a lot, but this one was a disappointment. We had planned to stay here again on our trip back, but I will find another hotel.

Very nice clean hotel. Very comfy mattress and spacious room.
