Rooms were clean and roomy with full kitchen, little stove, refrigerator and dishwasher!
Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room to relax and a desk to work on.

Close to the airport and staff are excellent! Reno’s in the lobby happening now but it’s alright. Breakfast was ok.

We like staying here because of the 2 bedroom suite. Half the elevators were out. And bathrooms need updating- toilets needs to be replaced and tub faucets pour out water with the shower- wastes so much water.

We stay here all the time. AC works great. There were several maintenance issues with my room that need to be addressed. My Biggest complaint and I have never had this happen but we paid for a king room with two queens in a two bedroom. We had three queens. Every time i went to find a manager no one was available- i will ask at check in next time to make sure i get the king. There was also a door at end of hall that had been “Taped” up- felt weird hearing people and having light come thru the door-

Not sure who was more to blame in this case: Expedia or the hotel. Maybe both. When we arrived at the hotel I called the hotel because the *main* reason I booked this particular one was because Expedia said it had free hotel to/from airport shuttle transport. The front desk said they did *not* have shuttle surface! So we had to cab it at $60 bucks for literally a 5 minute drive. When we got there the front desk explained they only offered “limited” shuttle but not on the days/hours we were there so that was a. Implore letdown and a costly one at $120 cab/Uber fair round trip. Second issue; when we arrived the front desk lady was apologetic but said the room we booked was not available… So we had to split up our family which was a bummer. Certainly things happen but this was a disappointing hotel stay all way around and I would not stay here again if traveling to Austin there are far better choices.

Everything was very good. No complaints. Staff very friendly, rooms clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and everything in working order. Breakfast was very good. Pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a week, the room needs upgrades & things cleaned thoroughly (bathroom corners, kitchenette area). Plenty of space & I absolutely loved the daily new towels delivered & light turn off the bedding. Overall a good value.

We booked this hotel because they advertised airport shuttle service. So i was fairly unhappy when we landed and i called the hotel and was told that there was no shuttle service on that day. So, our stay didn’t start out great but we thought the room and the hotel overall was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfasts that they offered were great!! They even changed what was offered from day to day.
We would stay here again.

We love the location of this hotel but have noticed how it needs to be updated. Pros were the AC worked well and the beds were comfy; ice maker didn’t work, half the electric outlets were not working ; i fell in tub it was so slick: toilet wouldn’t flush; it was weekend no housekeeping; i was very disappointed in the condition of the room. We basically slept and left early each day. I’m sure we will stay again when we visit city. This review is to inform hotel to update not to bash them. It’s a great location.

I apologize if you had to wait for a longer amount of time than usual for your room to be cleaned and ready. Our hotel has been sold out for many days and check out is not until noon. In addition our hotel is also experiencing being short staffed. We always do our best to have all rooms ready by 3pm, however, there are times when we do not meet this deadline (sold out the night before, short staffed, etc). My stay was okay. My only complaint is that the hotel is very dated. The furniture in the room is old. Qnd has stains in it. Beds are comfy. Water pressure and hot water issues need to be addressed. Breakfast was good. Parking is good. Location of hotel ia great.

Average stay with a poor conditioned tub
This hotel was near the airport with other hotel brands. There wasn’t anything near the hotel to walk to, but it was expected. The hotel had free continental breakfast which made me think that I don’t ever want to have a free continental breakfast again. It was free though. The worst part of the room was that the bathtub’s finish was chipped and looked sketchy.

Needs an update but not bad, convenient to airport
Not bad but needs painting and updating. The bed was comfortable. Oddly, we only had very hot water sometimes, in the bathroom and kitchen - no cold water available at all. This happened several nights of our stay. Cleaning is only once per week.

We are an extended stay hotel and housekeeping services are set up different than a regular hotel. We offer a full clean once a week along with a light touch (upon request) outside of your scheduled full clean day.
