I sincerely apologize for your experience during your recent stay with us. We do offer complimentary shuttle service, however, as you mentioned it is not available 24/7. I am sorry your were misinformed. I regret to hear about the inconvenience of splitting your original room type request. I apologize if you had to wait for a longer amount of time than usual for your room to be cleaned and ready. Our hotel has been sold out for many days and check out is not until noon. In addition our hotel is also experiencing being short staffed. We always do our best to have all rooms ready by 3pm, however, there are times when we do not meet this deadline (sold out the night before, short staffed, etc). We are an extended stay hotel and housekeeping services are set up different than a regular hotel. We offer a full clean once a week along with a light touch (upon request) outside of your scheduled full clean day. Please report any issues you experience, during your stay, to the front desk and we will do out best to resolve the matter quickly.
