"This scenic area has a pool house that the owner has added a queen bed to in the main room. The private pool is lovely and buts up against the owners home on two sides. The so called 2nd bedroom is only an office size room with a trundle bed that needs a real mattress in both levels of the trundle. The refrigerator is only a small drink cooler. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker and dishes, etc. Kathryn was very nice and her furniture and small tv were sufficient for our two people...

"My husband and I celebrated our 9th anniversary and we love the hill country. Great location with several wineries nearby. Close to Dripping Springs and Hamilton Pool reserves. The property was beautiful. Even at night with an overcast, it was quiet and pretty overlooking the town lights. We explored the 15 acres. Morning coffee time was quiet and relaxing listening to the birds all over. We will totally stay again."

"Great staycation for 2 families. Host was very responsive with questions. Kids enjoyed the pools while adults enjoyed the restaurant / bar attached. House was very clean. Only incident we had was finding pacifiers under the pillows in the primary bedroom, which we addressed with the host. Host responded immediately stating he would counsel with the cleaning staff. Overall, a great time."

"Loved our stay. Our friend was getting married at the chapel down the way and we offered her the styling room and bridal room to get ready. it was the perfect way to spend time together on her special day. We slept in the cowboy room once we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of coffee and creamer but we also brought our own. Be sure to bring your water and ice. A simple disposable cooler will do the trick. We loved walking the grounds at night and listening to all the wildlife. I will be...

"We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"You get the whole beautiful pool to yourself!!! It was just as you see it in the pictures: clean, 2 electric waterfalls, colorful lights at night, and pool toys for everyone. The ambiance of the Edison patio lights made it picture perfect. Excellent hosts who give you ultimate privacy and are there when you need them.
