Appreciated the professional and friendly staff. The extra room amenities (a safe; bathrobes, porcelain coffee mugs, balcony) were bonuses. Comfortable room. Great view of the campus clock tower.

The rooms are a little small for the price. The carpets smelled and didn't clean. The coffee bar had only 1 person operating in the morning and it took 15 min to get coffee as they ran out.

I always like staying here and feel very comfortable but I have to mention this as this has happened before. The blackout roller shade won't operate. It happened in my coworkers room as well.

Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable. The water was good (it's not often that I will drink tap water). Breakfast buffet was very good value for the money. The view of the tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an unexpected surprise. I didn't even know this existed. It’s right in the middle of the UT campus. You can see the clock tower and Texas State Capitol from the hotel. We booked it so we could just walk to/from Moody Center for The Eagles concert. The beds were perfect, fluffy towels, great pillows and 2 comfy robes hanging up in the closet. We felt perfectly safe! We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here because it was close to the venue we went to. Room was comfortable and quiet. It was within walking distance to several restaurants. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. I would stay here again.

The Hotel is located adjacent to the conference center at UT and within walking distance of most activities within the city. I felt safe at all times as we walked around the hotel area, the University and city.

Overall clean hotel but will not stay here again. Valet was unprofessional and did not communicate process clearly. We are at the restaurant/bar and food was overpriced and not good. Self-parking is $21 a night and has a very tight space when leaving the facility. If you have a large vehicle beware. Check in staff was nice and respectful.
