This is a great hotel for those needing a quiet, safe place to sleep. It's not a resort, there is no pool or breakfast; it's a nice room for under $100 a night and not far from activities in Manor, Pflugerville, or Austin.

The property appears to be either new or newly remodeled. It is quiet, despite very busy US-290 passing right in front. There was ONE CHAIR in the room, and that was a desk chair. Totally unacceptable for 2 people, I asked the lady at the front desk if we could have an additional chair for the night; she replied, "All our rooms have one chair." There was nothing, not even coffee in the morning. We absolutely did not get our money's worth!

There was no elevator we were on the 2nd floor, the bath towels were mixed match and hard as a rock. The key holder for our room was so old it was faded and you barely could read the room number that seems unsanitary to have customers using the same card holder.

Room was clean. Very well maintained. However, the temperature on the whole property was quite hot and the atmosphere felt very stuffy. Upon entering my room I was greeted with a gust of hot air. Fortunately I could leave the property with the air conditioning on upon arriving to cool the temperature while I was at my engagement in the city and it cooled down the room in a way which could be relaxed in upon my return. The television has an unacceptably slow rate of being able to turn the volume down. It takes two full seconds per degree. As it was at the top, it took a full two minutes to turn the volume of the television down to an acceptable level. These televisions should be considered for replacement. Also, the alarm clock in my room was not working. Whether due to needing a new battery, or needing to be plugged in, I did not check. Further I think the stairwell could be illuminated more effectively.

The room was just average. We saw bugs in the stairwells. The smell of the room was like cleaning solution. Wouldn't recommend it, but in Manor it is about the only option you have.

The worst place you can stay at in Manor Tx I book and paid for my room king size bed suite and was not given because it was not ready when check in is at 3pm and top it off I had to pay an extra $35 dollars to get the room that I didn’t even want ! Then they gave me another room two queen size beds no towels no toilet paper microwave was Burn remote was not working unable to watch TV it was just so Horrible !!!! Customer service was horrible as well letting out his frustration that he was cleaning rooms and that I had to understand that he was working and he was short handed I wonder why !!! With his attitude who is going to want work there!!!

The staff was helpful; the room was clean and quiet. I would have enjoyed a comfortable chair in which to sit and read, but it was okay.
