Eric really went above and beyond and we had an excellent time! Ruby, Julian and the whole staff was great! We will definitely return! Thanks guys

Quiet room, good bed.

Pros: Quiet room.
Cons: Condition of areas outside the room needed so remodeling. Elevator was old and clunky.
Location: Downtown Austin not far.
The hallways in this hotel are a little worn, but the room itself was nice enough. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The room was very quiet, which was especially nice given how close it was to the airport. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but the driver of the shuttle to the airport was rather a sour personality.

Good hotel, decent price

I enjoyed staying here. The room was clean, and the full breakfast was a very nice touch - it made the whole experience much more pleasant.

Overnight with Comfort Suites

Pros: I've stayed with Comfort Suites before and like the "suite" set up in the rooms and the nice breakfast.
Cons: Couldn't think of anything.
Location: Great! Was close to the airport.
From Monterey area in California. Was staying over with Comfort Suites before heading down to Victoria. Didn't know my way around and Angel and Robilyn were very helpful and welcoming. I had lost my cell phone at Sky Harbir Phoenix so felt a little lost since it was my only connection with family and contacts. Angel looked up the nearest Verizon store for me and gave me directions. Got my new phone within hours. Also, was sure about the toll roads and how they worked (I had a rental car) so Robilyn looked up how the billing worked on that for me and said they'd just bill the rental agency. She also helped me with directions and I was on my way. They both are assets to your company and I thank them for their help.

Disappointing

Very disappointed. No pool, who doesn't have a pool in Texas? Was supposed to be upgraded because of overbooking at other hotel, if this was an upgrade room definitely a disappointment.
