The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Evething
Location: It's located in Round Rock
Rooms are smelling bad, evething is incredibly old. Wifi doesn't work properly. It must be shut down and renovated.

Cockroach!

I was fine with bathtub show signs if aging, broken showerhead. But I was not ok after seeing a live Cockroach staring at me next to my bed. It was it. I told the staff when I checked out and sad that there was no applogy or sense of urgency. She just asked me where did I find the Cockroach!! I wish I can get my money back.

Could not sleep.

Floors were gross, everything mounted to the walls and shower had loose screws, bed was extremely uncomfortable and itchy, lastly I walked into the bathroom on the second night and found a big nasty roach crawling around in there. The thought of a bug infested room and the itchy sheets made it impossible for me to sleep and I checked out of my room in the middle of the night.

Not that great

First and foremost Most of my complaints are what I would call "1st world problems" that being said...This was partially my fault for making the reservation at the wrong location. Previously when we stayed in the North Austin area we stayed at the Pflugerville location. I accidentally made this reservation at the Round Rock location. 1. I am disabled and asked for a bottom floor unit, was instead put on the 3rd floor. 2. The room said it has a private bedroom area. False at this location, true at the Pflugerville location. 3. The breakfast at this location sucks. You name it - none of it was up to par - cereal - stale (and generic) if I had to guess. Waffles didn't cook all the way through (tried to cook longer to see if that helped, it didn't), tater tots not cooked all the way through, sausage greasy, eggs rubbery, milk in pitcher not cartons, no English muffins, begals, only wHite and wheat bread, no flavored creamer, etc. 3. The bed was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE . No padding, springs poking, this was the very worst part of the stay!! 4. The TV was tiny, if I had to guess 32 inches. Only one for the bed and couch area to share. 5. The WiFi very slow 6.and lat but not least, on checkout day our keys stopped working at 9am, even though checkout was at 12 noon. Very disappointed that two hotels with the same name brand 3 miles apart from each other could be as different as night and day! The one in Pflugerville is great, the one in Round Rock - not so much!

Dirty Hotel off IH-35

We've stayed here several years ago but it has gone downhill since then. The hotel smells weird and is tun down. We found a cockroach the size of a small mouse in our bathroom and while the staff was nice enough to move us to another room I doubt we will be back.

Short review.

Location: Super easy access to I-35. Great selection of nearby restaurants, and shopping.
Room was clean & fresh. One bad incident when I went to the front desk. I said "hello" to the receptionists, but was not greeted back. I stood by for several minutes, but was never acknowledged. The receptionist was sitting there the entire time, doing some kind of checklist. I saw a couple of people sitting in the lobby area watching me. I finally walked away angry, and didn't say anything else.

Our A/C was broken, the hallways smelled like urine and we had to kill multiple roaches in our room. It was disgusting. I would definitely not stay here again.
