The property is in a convenient location in Round Rock along I-35. Overall, it was mostly clean but a bit dated. We would stay again if in the area.

The staff was very unfriendly. My flight got delayed and without any warning put me as a no show and cancelled my reservation. The staff did not make an effort to see if they could accommodate me. Only after I booked another hotel, she said never mind a room became available. The hotel was not busy at all, this is not a way to treat a wary traveler. Expedia customer service stepped i. To no avail. It was a nightmare of an experience. Do not go to this hotel!!!!!!

There are several good restaurants around this hotel. Two good spots for Mexican food are right in front and BBQ options only minutes away. The location made getting around easy thanks to its proximity to I-35. A Walgreens was just 5 minutes down the road for last minute needs.

Walking into this property it was cute very ranch style gave a good impression. Walking into the room was very different. I had requested a non smoking room and could smell the odor of cigarettes as soon as the door opened. The receptionist could not get us into another room but was nice enough to let me use the deodorizer to spray the room. Went in to use the rest room and there was a ball of hair like someone went in trimmed their... hair, beard... whatever they trimmed they didnt clean up after. Although everything was folded and neat, unraveling the towels there was the same hair in 3 of the 4 towels we unfolded, hair on the shower wall and there was long dark hair in the sheets. Breakfast was included, but was it?? It was one of the smallest varieties i had seen and signs reading to please eat in the lobby. Would i go back? Probably not.

The hotel is a little rundown and I did not care that they kept $100 for incidental, and it took me four days to get credited back to my bank when we only just stayed overnight

When booking a reservation through hotels.com it is stated that the hotel does place a 100 hold for incidentals when checking in to the hotel. The hotel does release this hold when you check out but as with all transactions there is a process for the bank to clear these transactions from pending which normally does not occur on weekends as the banks are closed. We are glad to hear that it was returned to you with minimal wait time.

The hotel has policies in place and these policies are clearly stated during the check in process which I can confirm that you did agree to at the time of check in when you initialed and signed the registration form. As you agreed, violating these polices would result in the termination of your stay as it did.

The hotel was okay. The carpet was extremely dirty and the bed was horrible. It is an outdated hotel that needs some attention. The upside is the fact that there are a couple of dining options inside the same parking lots. Won’t stay again due to the fact that we found a bug in our room and staff was kinda rude.

I did not like this property. The service desk personnel was unprofessional. After my fiancée asked for a cleaner room and towels, she she claimed she disrepecred and called the police on my fiancée, and would not refund our money for the 2 days we paid for and she immediatelyy checked us out and we had just checked in. Expedia needs to ref to refund waour money.

We were surprised by the "service" Yorkies barking loudly on second floor. Were also surprised breakfast ended 1.5 hours before the posted time for a Saturday. Carpets needed cleaning, but the room provided what we needed; two beds, shower, tv and nice clean towels.

We do apologize for the barking "service dogs" that were left unattended. Hotels are limited on what they can do/ask when a guest claims to have service animals. Fortunately, the hotel was able to contact the guest while he was out, and he promptly returned to the hotel to remove the dogs and check out of the hotel as we do not tolerate disruptive guests or service animals at our hotel. Upon arrival & departure, staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, visually & aromatic wise. TV worked great, and the AC was cool. Beds were very comfy. Pool was clean; did have leaves on top, but water was clean. My kids & I picked them out, if a pool net was left onsite, it would have been super helpful. Beautiful pool otherwise!! Minor issues: fridge was not operatable, it had huge ice block in freezer part that made it unable to open. It needs serious defrosting. We paid for a room that had a pull-out bed in this room with intent of using said bed. NO blankets. NO pillows, provided. When asked for them at front desk, was told they ran out. We asked every morning during our stay just to see if anything different would be told. We received same answer every time. I believe they just flat out don't keep enough, which is sad considering this is supposed to be the Radisson. We asked in the a.m. after you'd think laundry would be somewhat done, and still nothing. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own to use during our stay. Breakfast is very minimal, not bad but nothing special. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay, nice facility for your buck. Clean rooms, location is in good area with plenty of food & coffee options if you do not wish to go far from the hotel. We will definitely use them again when we need a place in the area.
