Check in time is 3pm and room was not ready until 5:45pm. Beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. Valet damaged our car overnight and as we were completing paperwork and contacting police regarding the damage, valet pulled up another damaged car. They obviously have issues. Will never return to this horrible hotel.
