Hotel staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Only con was they didnt provide a continental breakfast

Very convenient and comfortable

We used this hotel because it was very close to the neighborhood Scofield we had a party at. Location is very convenient, right there at Parmer Ln and I-35, grosery store nearby. A good place to stay

North Austin Hotel

The Staff was amazing. Went out of their to make sure everything is good with my room and so welcoming. I perceived they would do whatever it takes to accommodate me. Such a pleasure to be their guest.

Best bed

I didn't want to leave my room because the bed was so comfy! The room was spotless! Marriott always has the best hotels!

Pros: Very clean and updated
A great place to stay for the whole family. We were in Austin for a swim meet, and this was a great location!

Disappointing check in.

I reserved this for my wife so she would have a place to stay after a funeral in San Antonio. She arrived late and the desk clerk just stated at her while she stood at the door instead of coming over to open it so she could check in. There was no greeting, welcome, thank you for staying, or other courtesy extended during check in. The clerk was essentially rude. This is not the typical Marriott experience and is disappointing that it occurred. This clerk needs to be helped to find a new job.

Nice stay

Room was nice including the hotel service. It was raining heavily so we coudnt go outside however We got list of restaurants from receptionist who deliver food to hotel Only thing missing was free breakfast
