The Hotel Was so nice from the rooms to the Pool, had everything covered and I just love thiose Cookies. Also that has to be the perfect Mattress I have ever slept on , I want to buy 1 foor my own Bedroom!

Nice looking hotel

Pros: Rooms, Look, Location
Cons: Parking Garage, Air conditioning in and around elevator leading to parking garage.
Location: Downtown Austin area, lots of food and places to shop.
Most everything in this hotel is spot on except for two things. First, the only parking for the hotel is a paid parking lot and the clearance for the parking garage is only 6'6"; so if you have a more sizable truck, or in my case jeep, you may want to find another place to stay due to the low clearance and being left like what the heck when you have no where else to park and you already paid for your stay. My Jeep barely fit by like two inches. Secondly, the elevator leading into the building is unairconditioned from the parking structure. So if you just showered off moments before and you have to sit and wait for the only elevator to get your car you may feel like you need a second shower if you so find yourself staying here in the middle of July or August. I did find the staff at the desk helpful but it seemed like they were more interested in filling their rooms for the commission than working with expedia to resolve the issue in the end costing me 50 dollars more than what I would have paid originally; but at this point I had waited for over 4 hours to try to get into my hotel room and I think they took advantage of that fact instead of truly trying to help me out.

Disappointed about how dated the room was. No room service at the pool.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and flat. AC didn't work well. The valet service was terrible because they were never at their post and didn't answer the phone.

We checked in late, around 11pm and Tonie at the front desk was friendly and welcoming and very professional. Mgmt needs to be good to her.

It was a great looking and clean hotel only about 15 minutes from 6th street. Only down side you have to pay for your breakfast, other than that highly recommend it!

very long wait time to check in and the interior of the hotel when there was only 1 person in front of the line it is very outdatedthe front desk staff are very unorganized and ended up checking in three times with three different people and none know what the other had done before that. the valet service does not have late night parking the valet service is very unorganized as well.... I don't know if they have a separate valet service or if the employees from the hotel are working the valet totheir location has not very good access from the feeder roadI would not recommend this hotel based on these three factors
