Not the best experience, not the worst either. Seems like only 1 person works there at any given time, and everything is "get it yourself" service.

We had to wait an extensive amount of time to check in because the room wasn't ready at 3 pm check in and no maid service available. Breakfast consisted of fruit, snack bars, juice and coffee. Room was small but very clean, staff was nice, no maid service.

Monica-day manager is superb. She deserves a raise in my opinion, cause she is helpful, alert, has the hotels interest in mind-while balancing the needs/requests of the patrons too.
