Check your room!

Pros: Hotel is close to many attractions around Austin. Quiet part of town. Agent did try to make me happy
Cons: The rooms are very small. When I arrived at the hotel, it was after the lobby was closed. I had to call the front seat, but the phone rang and rand no answer. I called again a few minutes later, and the attendant answered. It took him several minutes to come to the front from the back to let me in. While checking me in, he mentioned my reservation was cancelled, but quickly resolved this issue. When I got to my room there were no towels, so I called the front desk. The agent Brought them. While waiting for him I began noticing tons of flies and other flying bugs on the bed and lights. I honestly don't know what prompted me to buy RAID, but I was glad I listened to that voice. I began spraying the flies on the bed, but the kept coming. When the agent brought the towels, I inquired about all the bugs. He looked at the bugs, and said, "They're not bed bugs", and was off. Feeling very hesitant I checked the bed...OMG, THERE WERE SO MANY STAINS ON THE SHEETS! It was obvious, this room hadn't been cleaned. I pulled the sheet back and the bedbug liner was saturated with brown stains. I immediately pulled out my camera, a went to the front desk again. I showed the agent the pictures of the room, and he was in shock he seemed. He asked me to text him the picks to show his manager. I gave him my number, but he never texted for the pics. the agent did call me after reassigning me a new room to ensure the new was cleaned to my satisfaction. it was just ok.

The hotel staff was great!

Location: The location was simple. I live in Austin. I was a bit confused as I thought this location was closest to the arboretum since there is another there.
The hotel room that I was in needs a patch of new carpeting; that or a cleaning. Otherwise, fine.

This hotel is nice with quiet neighborhood and very clean room. One can sleep comfortably

Would not stay here again. Hard to find. Breakfast is a joke. Not clean enough. I told staff about dust mites. They said oh well

Nice hotel and staff

Pros: Staff was friendly and I loved have a full kitchen at my disposal. Bathroom was a good size too.
Cons: The cleanliness was a bit poor, found gum right on top of the AC and food was still on the floors
Location: Everything in Austin is close to each other compared to in Houston so everything was less than 15 minutes away for us, which in my book is close.
The staff were really friendly but a bit overwhelmed because they were 100% full. The breakfast is just coffee, muffins, and granola bars. Its easy parking and was close to the event we were in town for. It has the lowest price on Expedia which is why we chose this location. I really liked that it has a full kitchen, table, and built in shelves on top of a dresser and closet. The water pressure and draining of the tub was too slow for comfort but no big deal. There was some gum/food left in the room when we first arrived and the floor had a sticky stains. Other than that it was an okay stay. I would stay again.

the people who work here are totally miserable rooms are built so very stupidly. doors in your face when you walk in

Good location, Great Staff

Pros: See above.
Cons: Breakfast, room locks, and refrigerator leaking.
Location: Central to my trip sites.
The location of the hotel was very good for my trip. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I expected more of a breakfast but adjusted to it.

Pros: Location was very nice.It was food eatery in walking distance. Also near Gateway shopping area.
Cons: Yes daily cleaning of all Cabinet in the room.Carpet cleaning of the room everyday needed.
Location: Location was great near Gateway shopping area.
Hotel staff very nice more things needed cleaning daily.Inside the room like all the Cabinets .Also Carpet needed professional cleaning everyday.
