worst Stay Ever at a hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: DO not book any else at this location
Location: did have GOLD GYM to Workout but I had to pay $16.00 a day to workout
Room was dirty, curtain wall falling off rack, bath tub had mold around the base of the tub, carpet has stains threw out the room, counter top was chip in area ,also had to pay to have room clean, they said the had a free pass at local gym this prove to be false, which was the main reason I select this location, VERY BAD EXPRINCE , WORTS EXPERINCE OF ALL TIME, DO HAVE PHOTOS IF YOU GIVE ME EMAIL ADRESS

Not Good For Late Check-Ins

Pros: Price and location
Checked in late. (after 11pm) and there was no front desk staff to be seen. Knocked on the door,(hard), for a good 10 minutes but nobody home. Fortunately I had my Expedia App on my phone, so I could call the hotel. I did and finally someone came to the front office. She explained there's a phone by the side of the door to call for such late check-ins, however the phone was well "tucked away" behind a pillar and was not at all visible and there was no signage to instruct guests to look for the phone. I almost abandoned my reservation but I had already been charged for the room and I really needed somewhere to sleep for the night.

Hotel staff was friendly but th room I stayed in was a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but the lack of any amenities such as soap, shampoo, hairdryer, etc undermined a positive experience.

Dirty rooms

The manager let me in a room at the checkout because a friend had left there the coin pouch in my room. I stuck it in between the mattress on the foot part of the bed. Well the manager was standing there watching I lifted up the mattress to get the coin pouch which revealed to glass pipes at the head part of the bed as well. I exited the room and the manager ran to me and automatically blamed me for these objects. Manager said they were used to smoke crack and that he demanded for me to show him idea of the coin pouch that I just picked up off the bed. The manager tried to grab the couch at my hand and during that process he scratched my hand with his fingernail. I had just purchased two rooms one for myself and one for a friend Madden 15 minutes prior to him letting me in the room to get the coin pouch. He would not believe that those pipes weren't mines and kicked me off the property after I paid $85 a room and he wouldn't give me a refund. I talked to a lady who has been there for almost 6 months and she said that the people before me will crack addicts and that they probably left those pipes in the room. I had to quickly pack up two rooms and leave the hotel when in fact those objects were definitely not mines. The manager Austin is very unprofessional and I believe his decision is biased based on the type of customers he gets in that area. I am a business owner serving Austin for over 5 years and I have never been treated this way in all my life.

Great price and location.

Staff was courteous. There was enough parking. Room was clean and decent. A/c worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty room and broken appliances

The bathroom floor was filthy. The fridge was broken. The deadbolt on the door was missing. The continental breakfast was watered down coffee and granola bars. Would never stay here again. The staff was very nice though.

The sound proofing is sub-par with overwhelming noise all throughout the night due to proximity to the highway. The room amenities are age old, though the cleanliness was OK
