This place is disgusting

Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Filth everywhere. Easily one of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed and I've seen some dingy hostels all over the world. Highly recommend avoiding this place

Location is close enough to downtown to walk

Location: Close enough to downtown to walk;
The location is close enough downtown so you can walk to Congress St and to downtown. It is a bit far from the capitol to walk, but that is a matter of choice and the weather. The room was clean. There really is no breakfast. Just coffee and a few breakfast bars. My major problem was all the TV channels did not work, specifically ABC. That was a major problem during the NBA playoffs. There was a kitchen, but it was not stocked. It appears you had to ask for the utensils and dishes.

standard hotel in a good location for a good price! no complaints. hotel staff was very friendly, room was comfortable! nothing fancy, but good value for the price compared to other options!

There was no free parking as promised, the kitchen was dirty, there was no shampoo (as is normal at a hotel), and the shower pressure was weak. Additionally, they had hard water so it was challenging to remove soap. An the breakfast was missing - there was no muffins or granola bars (just coffee). The hotel stated that they were missing a shipment for breakfast and shampoo, but it seems to be going down hill.

Nice, close to 6th Street

There wasn't anything in the room to drink

Close to everything downtown

Location: It's Austin. You should already know that
Leslie was wonderful. The only complaint I have is there wasn't any vending machines for bottled water or ice machines.

Noisey residents - paper thin walls - they don't change sheets - no bags for laundry - no hair dryer - fuzzy tv - no blankets for bed. Pathetic.

One of the best locations in downtown Austin but be prepared to be underwhelmed with cleanliness and amenities.
