Disappointing

Pros: The location was good as compared to where I needed to be in Austin. Right off the highway with easy access off and on.
I have stayed at some of their other facilities and was a bit disappointed upon staying at this particular location. I would have paid the additional $16/night for an alternate location but as I was trying to keep expense down - you get what you pay for. The staff was great, I think there needs to be some attention to maintaining the experience. Carpets were filthy and stained (keep your shoes on), the AC unit was so loud I turned it to low just to sleep at night, the stove in my room was missing burners, so if I wanted to cook - I couldn't.

Horrible hotel

The room smelled like cigarette everytime i came back into the room. The refrigerator had an old cake inside. The microwave didn't work. The room also had small roaches.

hotel is great for the price!!

Pros: staff & location in noth off 35
Cons: amenities.....theres no ice machine and if you want any dishes you have to check them out from the front desk even though its an extendedstay hotel.
found a pretty good deal for pretty cheap here at this hotel so for the price I cant complain. I've stayed in better but have stayed in a lot worse also

Visit from Miami

It was good and served our purpose. They can improve cleaning and correct some issues like the water pressure in the shower was kind of low or you need to use mostly hot water only to have a good water pressure. Location was great and near to the I35 and Walmart. It worked for us. Nice people at front desk.

The hotel smelled strongly of smoke, and the shower was blistering hot, and hot water could not be turned down.

Will stay again!

I have no complaints with my stay. The wait time to get checked in was lengthy due to a long line at the desk. My room didn't have face towels but the Front Desk grabbed them right away and was friendly.
