Breakfast and dirty environment

Never see breakfast served like this way, frankly, this is simplest breakfast in the earth, in past years, I staysed hundreds of hotel, terrible experiences , will never book this brand hotel.

Very disappointed

Pros: The staff was very good and I felt like they honestly were trying to their best to make your stay pleasant.
Cons: The housekeeping staff was not doing their job. The room wasn't clean and the hide a bed wasn't made.
I arrived late, after midnight, and noticed the room had an odd smell normally I would request a new room but it was late and my family was tired. we stayed 5 days and as the days went on it seemed like we found something new and disappointing. the first night the hide a bed wasn't made. the second day the bathroom seemed to have an intermittent leak in the ceiling. the third day we found the microwave was broken. the last night while packing for an early flight I looked under the bed to find a disgusting mess of cigarette butts, trash, cotton balls, and what appeared to be a bra. I have to say the staff was good, they always seemed happy to help you and always offered to bring stuff to your room when requested. When I notified them the microwave was broke and dangerous they were at my room in less than 30 minutes with a new microwave.

Needs renovation, too dirty

Smells like cigarettes, mold is growing in the bathroom, carpet and bedsheets were dirty

Out of date rude staff

When we checked in we were greeted by rude staff who ignored us and then acted as if we were a burden to be there. Once in our room we discovered broken doors, leaking toilets, mold under the sink and key card readers that would work. There were also no dishes in the cabinets a missing blow dryer and coffee pot and no telephone. It was clear this hotel has had some major cut backs and they were doing the absolute bare minimum to keep the hotel running. I over heard the manager speak of how she had to wash all the laundry on an extra shift she wasn't supposed to be scheduled for. Something deeper is going on and the owners need to handle the situation. It was not at all what we paid for. Not to mention the very pungent scent of marijuana coming from a room adjacent from ours could be smelled throughout the hotel. Highly disappointed!

This hotel was good and bad.. there is no parking late at night .. there is trash in the stair ways that are HORRIBLE.. at night there is only one person working so if you need something you have to get it yourself .. also we had a phone with no buttons so calling for room service we had to use our cell phones.. pool was closed .. breakfast was just gronola bars and coffee .. but some staff was extremely nice

Terrible experience

No proper guest services, limited staff (1), dirty sheets, always an excuse for reservation, clean sheets, towels, "grab n go" breakfast, not listed on website. Be honest and say it's a "grab n go"

Don't stay here.

Terrible customer service. Waited for an hour to check in because they weren't ready for check in at 3. The "breakfast" is just coffee and granola bars. Not worth the price at all.

No continental breakfast.

When booking this hotel, the amenities listed that they have continental breakfast included. So we went with it to be able to save money every morning instead of going out to eat at IHOP etc. but it turned out that they don't have continental breakfast but a grab n go type instead of just muffins and granola bars. So disappointing of the false advertisement. When we asked the staff member upfront to make sure, she told us they NEVER served that and how the hotel needs to change that part on Expedia. Yeah, we agree. Also the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed looked used and not clean.

I wouldn't stay again

The man who check me in was very nice. That's about the only good thing about my stay. The bed was horrible I felt like the springs would come through any minute, the sheet was so old that it couldn't even stay on the bed. I don't know what was worse the bed or the smell of the room. I've stayed at other extended stays and none were this bad!
