Staff consistently rude, wouldn’t assist anyone waiting to check in (multiple patrons) until exactly 3pm at which time they worked extremely slow and rude. The premises were slightly dirty, consistent smell of marijuana in both lobby and my floor.

The room was nice and clean. I liked that it came with a kitchenette and the front desk was really nice and accommodating. I booked twice with them this week and will probably do so again in the future.

The first roo. I was given i walked in and it was occupied. The second room was a little dirty. Tub was dirty. Bed was really nice and comfortable. Slept great!

I booked a room for 15 th thru 16 th. I did it after 12 am. Got told no rooms when I arrived. Can't on 17 th check in is 3 pm. Horrible treatment

I will qualify that I stayed here during the ice storm for one night. There was no wifi (not the fault of the hotel) but they never mentioned it until I tried to call the front desk-- which can't hear you without that service but could communicate back.
The room wasn't what I booked. The sheets were dirty, had hair, and cigarette burns. There was staining that looked like old blood.
I reached out to Expedia Customer Service to try and rectify the situation and they could not get the front desk to answer... I think they slipped away to partake in whatever drinking and brawling (literally) was happening outside.
I used the deadbolt, latch, and put my suitcase in front of the door because I was that scared.
I tried taking a shower the next morning (because of the conditions of the beds) and there was no hot water. At least that helped wake me up after a night of no sleep.
Next time, I will sleep in my car in front of my friend's house. That seems way more safe than this place.

The staff was very friendly but the website said breakfast was served and it was a granola bar and coffee and on our 2nd day tgey were even out of those. There was never any hot water for our showers only luke wdarm and the table leg was broke so when we leaned it fell and dumped all of our lunch on the floor.

Breakfast was a granola bar or oatmeal. The room was so smelly that I had to buy air fresheners. I would think an extended stay would have items provided in the room for you to utiluze the kitchen, but we had to provide our own. The staff was friendly. Not worth the price.

Room smelled like something was burnt there and like cigarettes. They are non smoking rooms. I was told we could check out if we wanted when I was asking to move to another room. Not the friendliest staff.
Crime central. Staff seems complicit as they conveniently don't have working cameras even though there are break ins every week. DO NOT STAY HERE
