horrible experience

People next door were loud talkers and playing music every night, could smell there cigarette smoke in my room. I'm a student and was there for class on weekend. I was scared the entire time because of the type of people who stay there and came home exhausted because of the loud people

Room overbooked

I arrived at Extended Stay at about 9:30 PM, and my booked and paid room was gone due to overbooking. They have rooms available at another Extended Stay Hotel location 20 miles away. It is my first encounter with a hotel overbooking rooms, but the front desk said that overbook rooms happen all the time. Extended Stay has such a cheating practice, I will no longer use this hotel.

Convenient location, but lacking facilities

Pros: Convenient location to where I needed to be.
Room could have been more comfortable. It was hard to get out of (to the streets/highways). Needs automated front doors. Upstairs occupant was VERY noisy. Could use more TV channels.

Extremely dirty

Staff told us they only clean the rooms every 7 days and by the filth level of the room that was being generous.

Too much smoke

Location: Isolated
I had reserved a queen size bed in non-smoking room. Received neither. Staff was of no help. The entire hotel reeked of smoke. Got zero sleep.

A place to stay in Austin.

Pros: Room was clean and very functional.
Cons: What was advertised as a continental breakfast was a bit of a stretch to meet that description.
Location: Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, but the streets are amazingly convoluted in the vicinity.
Austin can be expensive for hotels and this place was one of the less expensive options. It wasn't a bad room, but a lot of weird things happened while I was there. I fight in the parking lot, a person who had some sort of medical emergency in their room. Probably neither was the hotel's fault, but it just seemed beyond the ordinary.

Filthy hotel and horrible service

Hair all over the bathroom, front desk guy didn't care about our service at all, beds are similar to concrete blocks with sandpaper for sheets. All around a horrible experience

Would not let James check in.

They got their money and we did not get the room... My son had to sleep in his truck.... even though I went on line and gave them my credit card. Very unhappy. will not book with expida again

Noisy hotel

Walls were paper thin. I barely moved around my room in the morning, and I got a call complaining I was being too loud for others. I could also hear others too clearly.
