All the staff was very nice and polite, specially Neil from the front desk. The food was great with various options for the breakfast. The hotel is nice and comfortable.

I paid a LOT of money to stay at this hotel the night before the total eclipse. I get that I paid more because of the situation. However, they could have at least vacuumed the floor. No one likes to find someone else's half-eaten Oreo by the bed. There were other things on the floor in the room as well and the conditioner was laying on the floor in the tub. If/when the room was cleaned, someone was in a rush - but there was time. I didn't even check in until 8PM.

Bed boards were dirty (had to clean with disinfectant wipes.
Facility is too close to major street and it is loud (music, police and ambulance sirens).

Well when I called about the hotel I was told it had a heated pool and hot tube it had nither. Also the shower curtain was missing and no towels. After calling 3 times had to go to the desk get a curtain and towels I hadn’t went to sleep yet hope breakfast is awesom to make up for the crap stay will ask for a a refund Monday morning

Check-in and out was quick and easy. Entering the room, everything smelled fresh and looked clean. Pulled out sofa bed and there was food spilled in the cushions. The shower was cracked all the way across the bottom. The counter in the bathroom was clean, but didn't look like it was due to discoloration. Breakfast was NOT good. Should definitely look into a waffle maker and different type of eggs. Sausage biscuits were hard as a rock. Overall tho, it was not bad for the price for a quick trip to take my son to the doctor.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool had been open, and I wish that there was a charger outside for my electric vehicle.

Our bathroom reeked of cigar smoke and we were not able to relocated so for 2 nights we had to endure disgusting smoke smells. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
It was just fine. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the large shower, it was clean, and service was great! Waffles could have been cooked a little more, but maybe the guy cooking them was new to the process.

I booked my room 6 weeks prior. Upon arrival I was told by a very inexperienced clerk they had cancelled my reservation that morning. I was shocked. I explained I didn’t get any notification, he said the manager must have forgotten. I was literally stranded with no car and no room. I called 25-30 hotels to get a room all were booked for a huge convention that weekend. They left us stranded!!!!! At 11:30 pm in a city I’ve never been. With a wedding the next day. This is unacceptable.

I originally booked a room with a King size bed but provided with 2 double beds instead. Front desk advised that Expedia overbooked 16 rooms and we all ended up with double beds. She also advised that Expedia was supposed to call me to let me know about the change. I was very upset since I was not advised of the change when I checked in. I had to go to the room and then come back downstairs. I’ve never encountered an issue like this when booking through hotels.com. This was very bad service.

Property was in good condition and clean. Staff was friendly and competent. Highway noise was a bit overwhelming but overall, fine for an overnight stay.
