The hotel is quite old

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Change towel, bed sets.
The customer list upstairs walking inside can affect your rest. You can hear the sounds from upstairs. Also the towel and beds are quite old. The Hotel staff is nice.

Had one unresolvable issue

Room was infested with tiny ants. Reported it & room was cleaned with strong chemicals (which I do not use myself) but the problem persisted with no other remedies available. The mgr comped me 1 nights stay but the ants stayed in the room. On the counters, got in my suitcase, tables, coming in around the windows. Even found one in the bed. Creepy. Nice place other than that but if they're that bad in the room, where else is there an ant problem? Didn't choose to eat there. Probably will not use this hotel again.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I found cockroaches in the hotel!!!!!!! The manager said, Okay, because you just found them we will compensate you for today. Not your previous days!! They weren't even shocked that there was cockroaches!!! It was insane! We spent $400 on 3 nights!!! We found 4 cockroaches!!! We want a REFUND!!!

Noisy hotel with thin walls and floors

Hotel looks nice but I didn't sleep when guests above me or next to me were awake. Not worth the money.

Nice and homey

Pros: Comes complete with everything you need and was very comfortable.
Great place to stay if you're planning on staying for a few days. Has everything you'd need. Staff was amazing. I will most certainly stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Centrally located close to all the major freeways

The grounds are clean the rooms are well acquainted with the Sellitti's are all in great shape good water pressure bathrooms are clean. The hotel breakfast is very nice

Nice hotel but bad customer service

Pros: Nice, spacious rooms with a kitchen.
Cons: Customer Service.
I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 at night after a long flight. They informed me the room I had reserved was not available because of maintenance issues, and they had no other rooms. So they set me up with a room at a La Quinta 10 miles north of Austin. Rather than offering to comp my stay, they offered me a bottle of water. I had planned to stay in Austin for two nights, so I asked whether I'd be at the La Quinta for two nights. The answer was no. My second night would be back at the Hyatt. So, I had to check out of my room at La Quinta the next day and re-check in at the Hyatt that evening. The rooms at the Hyatt were very nice though. The complimentary breakfast was good. And the location was good even though it was a bit of a drive from downtown.

Awesome location, great room, and excellent staff

My only recommendation is they get a new mattress. It just wasn't that comfortable but I'm pretty spoiled. Other than that, I can't say how awesome it was to stay somewhere that felt like more than a hotel room! Plus, my breakfast was made in the morning and it was fantastic. The staff was so courteous and helpful. A shuttle is available to use within a five mile radius and in this area pretty much can get you anywhere. A+++

Hidden Gem in North Austin

Friendly staff, great studio apartment style room, easy access to the freeway yet super quiet. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cookware and silverware. Water from kitchen tap is already filtered (check under the sink). Wonderful furnishings, comfortable bed, contemporary style bathroom with enjoyable shower (no bathtub in our room). Even the room divider and tv was awesome. Highly recommended and would stay here again!
