Photos Extremely Deceiving

Posted May 23, 2017
Pros: Apartment-style suites. The option for 2-bedroom suites was nice. Also liked the gardens/vegetation around the buildings.
Cons: Hotel needs to be gutted and updated. Elevator for 2nd floor rooms would be nice.
Location: Location seemed nice and secluded until I noticed a strip club right next door...
Photos make this look like a decently updated and modern hotel, but it is everything but that. Dingy is probably the best word to describe it. The lobby and main building have received some updates, but not the total overhaul that it needed. Rooms are stuck in the 80s/90s (furniture pictured is not what was in my suite). Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired and was not very kid-friendly.

Very out dated. Not kid friendly in regards to breakfast. No elevator to second floor. No ice machine.

Awesome Value

Posted May 12, 2017
Location: A mall across the street.
This is a condo with an entire bedroom, living room, full kitchen, fridge, oven. The only negative is that it is remote from the city, but it is across the street from the mall.

Clean room. Standard furniture Full kitchen

Place had good accommodation. Beakfast was a choice of 3 dishes same every morning. 25 minutes drive North of downtown and that is with traffic. Parking is expensive in town. Food is Great! I like the price but you need a car.

Thank You for staying with us! We're happy you enjoyed our breakfast options. We do change our entrees every couple of days but usually keep the most popular entrees on the menu each day. We would love to have you back with us again to show you a few more convenient transportation options next time you visit Austin!

Cozy, and very apartment-like

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Pros: friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, all amenities, plugs for electric cars, and I even asked if it was an apartment building before, because of the architecture and coziness. Cons: it is not near anything interesting in the Austin area, if you are a tourist looking for points of interest that are walking distance . Although there was just one Con, the place is very accessible if you used the "fasten" app, instead of Lyft or Uber. Overall, I found that my family and I would stay here again. It was a good balance between comfort, convenience and price. Thumbs up!

It seems we did a lot of things right for you and your family, Jose! It was indeed a pleasure having you with us and I'm so glad you found a cozy, quiet and comfortable getaway while with us. Thank You for mentioning our especially helpful and hardworking staff. We are happy you took advantage of the local rideshare service, and next time you are in Austin we are happy to show you other convenient ways of getting around the area and into downtown Austin, including the easily accessible MetroRail. Thank You for staying with us!

Nice hotel; very unique; excellent breakfast!!

Posted Apr 16, 2017
Pros: Staff, breakfast, uniqueness
Cons: providing security info to single women traveling; escort to rooms
Location: Location is the biggest problem; not the safest area of Austin.
At first, it concerned me that every door was "outside", but after the first day, that was not a problem for me.
