The room had a musty smell. There was also no bar or restaurant. We booked this hotel because they had an airport shuttle but when we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and was told the shuttle only operated from 4PM tom1AM, so we had to take an Uber! Very disappointing! Then when we got to the hotel, they had lost our reservation! One problem after another!!

Reception was great, but our room was not ready, four hours after listed check-in time.
The room I had is listed as handicap accessible. I'm not sure exactly what that means. A wheelchair could enter into the room, but the toilet did not have handrails to assist transfer, nor did the tub have handrails to step into it. Also not sure if a bathtub is a handicap accessible item. So just surprised with the lower toilet and no handrails and the bath tub.l , no

electric points in the room were broken and the room, although clean was really showing signs of wear and tair.
We enjoyed our stay - everyone was nice and everything was clean - free shuttle to and from airport - great stay

I liked the water always available in the lobby. Friendly staff and easy assesible parking. Close to airport.
Bad thing was there is mold in the bathroom, mosts prominantly above the shower but a significant amount.

Good basic hotel, needs some upgrades. several items in the hotel were in need of repairs including 2 charging sockets that had USB plus 120AC outlets. Both of them were basically falling apart and unusable for USB and barely useable for AC power. Also the bathroom had only Large bath towels No wash clothes or hand towels. Wall lamps were loose and slightly tilted. Overall needs some work.

We arrived at 2:30 am. We had called ahead 3 times to tell them of our very late arrival & request late check out. Unfortunately when we arrived the doors were locked & no one answered the intercom, knocking or repeated phone calls. Our taxi driver helped us find another hotel. We called in the morning & were told we would not be charged.

Thank you for your feedback. I am terribly sorry that you had this experience when trying to check in to our hotel. This is definitely not the level of service we strive to provide for our guests. This shouldn't have happened, and I will address this with my night staff immediately. I am glad your driver was able to help you find another hotel.
We routinely stay at this location when in Austin & are usually quite satisfied with our stay. This was the first time we were told there were no wash cloths. And they ran out of the regular coffee packets for the rooms. The staff was pleasant but they can’t do their job effectively without the proper tools.
There was water in the lobby. The front desk clerk gave us free milk for our baby. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. You really couldn’t ask for anything more in a hotel experience especially at that price point. Would absolutely book again!

Clean and comfortable.
It was very clean. Quiet Comfortable and very accessible to the airport.
Booked a room, but when I arrrived they told me there were no rooms available. So I had to find somewhere else to stay. They Charged me for a stay anyway…. Horrible service, thieves, and they over charged other people $900 for “incidental….
I was in town for one night for a concert and the hotel was easy to find, room was comfortable, and my stay although short was very pleasant! Great morning breakfast and helpful staff at check in. Loved the tall ceiling in my room, great hot water and water pressure, clean and cozy.
My reservation was one room 2 double beds and I got one bed king size, the hotel blamed Expedia for overbooking which if is true is not fair for me as customer
