Enjoyed our quiet stay. Elevator would not come up to 3rd floor so we had to constantly call the front desk to send it up.

Elevator buttons did not work for floor 3. You had to call the desk and wait for them to send it up. Only complaint

Elevator does not work correctly . Holes in the wall . Could use an upgrade . The hotel check in was great and the hotel clerk was very nice and delightful to talk too

The mattress on the bed is very thin and too worn out. Needs to be replaced. The room was fine, and clean, but the bathroom smelled like mold. I was awake at 3 am listening to the goings-on next door, loud talking and laughing - I had to call the front desk to get them to deal with it. The carpets are worn. It's an old hotel. It needs to be remodeled. I probably won't stay there again.

Esther at the front dest was the best! She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and was super friendly and understanding. The hotel was quiet and clean, though our bathroom could use a little TLC, overall it was a great stay.

Great hotel
Late flight arrival from overseas so needed a break before continuing on and this was a great place for the break to rest and recharge. Meghan at the front desk was extremely efficient and helpful at checkin.

As always, Hampton Inn continues to be a quality hotel. Although the room wasn’t available right at the check in time, the clerk was communicative with time frames for those waiting and when I called to check if ready, it was go to go. Smelled good upon first entering the lobby. Cookies and coffee available upon checking in. Sizable room. King size bed comfortable. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower had good pressure. The tub portion was a little noisy and possibly outdated. That’s my only complaint. Plenty of restaurant and store options around the property, including a Walmart close by.

This was truly a much disappointing stay and the first time I have ever had to leave an unsatisfied review, having booked, pre paid and had confirmation of my king suite more than one month prior to my stay, I was made aware upon checkin that all the suites had been sold out and I would therefore be given a standard 2 queen room instead?! needless say I was extremely disappointed and was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received by the hotel staff upon arrival , granted the hotel is very nice and clean I had only wished I had received what I had paid for , not too much ask ?

EVerything was great! Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I could say would need to be improved is the breakfast. The Cheese omelet was not too tasty and there was no butter available for my toast--other than this...everything was great!
