When we stayed there was a fraternity of 2000 staying there. The nights were extremely noisy. Additionally, although there are six elevators, we were on the 25th floor and had to wait up to 10 minutes for one several times.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed the location. Close to many hotspots. The housekeeping and every hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one!

Great location near 6th street! Rooms were big and clean however you could hear people in the room next to you even if they were talking very low. Parking is too expensive you’re better off using the parking garage one street over. Very nice bar and gym.

Very overpriced stay on USGP weekend!
My daughter and I were visiting Austin for the 2023 US Grand Prix. Our vacation rental was cancelled last minute and we were forced to find some place to stay. Obviously there weren't many places available and they were renting at a premium. We chose the Hilton because we wanted to stay downtown and I'm a regular of the brand. However, I don't be returning to this hotel again. Some of our frustrations: - The shower soap was empty when we arrived. - You had to request to have your room made up... for $650 a night??? - The battery in our door lock died and we had to call he front desk. It took over 20 minutes to get someone to come fix it... in the meantime we had to eat our dinner standing up in the hall. - We were awakened one night by the noise of vibrating pipes. - There was a refrigerator but no microwave. - The faucet in the bathroom sink wouldn't turn off. As stated before, our stay was quite disappointing. If you have another option, stay somewhere else unless you are getting a great deal.

Stayed on the 24th floor. Was woken 5x a night x2 nights by unexplained squeaking and scraping on the floor above us, as if there were a bar chairs or a poker room. Cleaning staff was nice; everyone else was that hurried fake-nice ‘I could care less but have to pretend to care’ type. Conference food was cold, greasy & terrible. Rooms had rusting vents, chipped furniture and frayed carpets. Hotel clearly run at the barely acceptable level for conference attendees.
