Close to many restaurants within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is some much needed upgrades are warranted. Bathroom was not great. Patchwork done on walls and tub and so old it wasn’t clean.

Faucet in shower did not work very well, mold in corner of room 106. no chairs to sit on in room, poor lighting, no grab bar in shower/tub to hold on to during shower. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive. good breakfast.

This was a really nice place. The Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot within walking distance. Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot along the frontage road. Cordial service. Clean room.

Property is in need of TLC. Hallways have a bad odor. Bathroom in the room had cracks all in walls, broke tiles and dirty.

We had a double queen suite and it was incredibly spacious, the room was very clean and the bed linens and towels all smelled clean and fresh which is a big deal for me. Love that the vanity is separate from the water closet because I have a teenage daughter…enough said. The location was great because it was close to our venue and also close to a great selection of restaurants which we walked to both nights because the parking lot is well lit. However, the place could use a little tlc. One of the elevators was out of service, a large crack in the shower wall tile was poorly repaired, the faucet at the vanity was difficult to turn on gently, so it blasted water, splashing everything around it. Nothing that ruined the experience, just the reasons the property conditions didn’t get an excellent score.

Front desk staff was super friendly; they made my son a balloon sword upon arrival so I thought that was nice. Room was spacious and served our family well. Everything was clean! Would probably choose this hotel if we come back.

The area was great and staff was awesome. My biggest issue was that we saw two small roaches and three silverfish bugs in our room. We stay at Holiday Inn Express’ pretty frequently and have never seen bugs so this was a first for us. Kinda bummed about that…

Considering what I paid for a room, I was not at all satisfied. The room definitely needed updating, extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink, broken coffeemaker, and able to hear all that was in vicinity to the room. There are a lot of choices for a stay in the area and wished I had chosen differently.

Becoming dated. We were given extra sheets for the pullout. The sheets had numerous purplish stains as if they were treated with something to remove bodily fluids or something. They were completely gross. We fortunately had extra blankets of our own to get us through the night. The breakfast was phenomenal for a free offering. The ladies maintaining that area were exceptionally helpful and worked diligently to keep fresh and stocked stations. There were some issues with the curtain sliders missing on the sides to block light and the noise from the cars racing down the interstate outside was oppressive. Other than that the property was in a great location and reasonable for a night.

Stay Away
At check in they assigned us a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door the guest's personal belongings were scattered everywhere. Fortunately, they weren't there at the time. That's a first in years of travel. Halls are very dingy and uninviting, floors are lumpy under the carpet in the halls and the room. The room we had was heavily perfumed to mask odors. This "scent" caused severe sinus issues. A/C thermostat controls did not work properly for temperature control. No water pressure in bathroom sink, just a trickle, & the hot water took forever. Toilet moved, bathroom door was scarred, water damage to drywall next to shower, Worn out sofa, general feeling of a very low end motel and not up to the usual Holiday Inn Express. If we hadn't been so tired, we would have kept on driving.

When we arrived the hotel looked nice. The issue came in when we got to our room and viewed the bathroom. It is so small and the tub was dirty and rusted. The corners had what looked to be mold in them. We asked the front desk to move us but the room they showed us was worst than the first one. We asked them to send someone to clean the tub and they did right away. The bed was comfortable though and the air conditioner blew cold, so there's that. The breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits were like bricks. The watery fake eggs and greasy sausage with no flavor were disappointing. The only edible thing there were the cinnamon rolls. We ended up going to McDonald's up the road. The location was ok. There was a Chuy's, Salt Grass, and Cracker Barrel in the parking lot, so that was good. Would I stay again? No, I probably would not.

I really liked the size of our room. It was huge. Even though hotel is close to the Interstate we heard no traffic noise inside the room. Easy walk to 2 restaurants. Self parking was abundant and close to hotel entrance. Hotel is showing a little wear but was clean. Morning breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Booked this room for 4 adults and had to ask a couple of times for enough towels, coffee, and toilet paper to accomodate our group which is my only complaint. I would stay here again mostly due to the size of the room..
